CHARIOT DE GOLF INCLUS
Cette villa climatisée de six chambres et de 10000 pieds carrés se trouve sur un terrain de 35000 pieds carrés sur une colline venteuse à Las Lomas, le quartier le plus récent et le plus exclusif de Casa de Campo. La villa se trouve sur le trou 8 du parcours Dye Fore (côté sud vers la marina et la plage) offrant de superbes vues sur la mer des Caraïbes. Las Lomas est situé au centre près de la plage de Minitas, du port de plaisance et des Altos de Chavon.

L'immense piscine et l'architecture ouverte de la villa sont idéales pour les grandes familles offrant différents espaces de vie entre ses niveaux et ses espaces de vie ouverts.

Cuisine complète avec réfrigérateurs et poêles Viking. Salle à manger pour 10. Un personnel composé d'un cuisinier, de deux femmes de chambre et d'un majordome veillera à ce que vous n'ayez pas à lever le petit doigt.

Toutes les chambres sont climatisées, elles ont toutes la télévision par câble (4 ont de nouveaux téléviseurs HD), une salle de bain complète et trois avec une douche extérieure en option. Le studio / salle de télévision comprend une télévision HD, une salle de bains complète, une douche extérieure et un canapé-lit pouvant être utilisé comme 7ème chambre si nécessaire.

Le gazebo est livré avec une grande salle à manger, une kitchenette et un bar qui donne sur la piscine et le jacuzzi. Système de chauffage pour la piscine qui vient d'être installé.

La villa est entièrement équipée avec un cuisinier (dame), deux femmes de chambre, un majordome / barman, un jardinier un homme de piscine et un administrateur de villa qui peut s'occuper de beaucoup de choses avant et pendant votre séjour. Par exemple, elle peut réserver un transfert aéroport, organiser un menu et faire l'épicerie avant l'arrivée, réserver des heures de départ, des voiturettes de golf et des locations de bateaux ainsi que des activités et des sports CDC locaux et des excursions hors site.

Our week-long stay was AMAZING! The pictures do not do this property justice. The house was gorgeous and perfect for our party of 12. Jose is the absolute best- he made sure we were well taken care of the entire trip. Chef was also great- food was delicious and she was very accommodating with my son’s severe food allergies. We will definitely return!

Casa de Campo is great and the location of the house was central to the Marina, beach and Dye fore. The owner was great and very responsive. Everyone had a great time. We will be back

Fabulous family trip!

We had an amazing family trip to this private villa in Casa de Campo. The villa was everything and more than what we expected. The golf, beach and all amenities were Outstanding. The staff at the Villa lead by Jose made our stay so enjoyable we can't wait to go back.

We loved the property. The house was better looking than the pictures, the pool area was lovely, the layout of the bedrooms gave everyone privacy and the house was incredibly clean.

Beautiful home with amazing staff!

This was our (family of 15) second time staying at Eduardo's home. We love everything about it. The large yard and pool as well as the covered outdoor sitting areas is where we spent most of our time. CDC is an ideal vacation spot and meets all our needs with great golf and a cute beach close by. Plenty of resturants as well. Jose and Leo took great care of us!

Perfect family trip

The house is big, open and beautiful. The living areas are big enough for a group of 13 to sit and all have meals together. By far the best part is the staff. Jose Angel and team felt like family at the end of the week. The chef prepared food was always delicious and more than we could finish. Our only regret is that the week ended so quickly.

An Amazing Week in Paradise

The property is beautiful and very spacious. Jose and Leo were there to tend to our every need. The kitchen crew cooked amazing food and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable in every aspect. Great sheets, smart TVs, etc. Everything has been thought of. In fact, the villa is actually more beautiful than the pictures conveyed. Location was also great...just a short distance to either the beach or the marina...but to be honest, there is no reason to leave! Only downfall was the propensity of mosquitos, particularly around dawn or dusk....bring bug spray.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at Tropical House at Dye Fore's #8

Our group of 12 friends had an incredible stay. The layout of the house was perfect—spacious, airy, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and socializing. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, and there were multiple seating areas both inside and outside, allowing us to gather for long conversations or enjoy quiet moments.The highlight of the house was the inviting seating area under the large palapa, along with the expansive pool and hot tub—our go-to spot for unwinding during and after a full day of activities. The outdoor space was stunning, offering the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility for relaxation and meaningful conversations.The staff made our stay truly exceptional. Jose took care of our every need—he was incredibly attentive and always there to ensure we were comfortable. Dmarie, the cook, prepared fabulous, healthy meals for us, making dining at the villa a wonderful experience.This home was a perfect retreat, and we can’t recommend it enough. We had an amazing time and would absolutely return!

A truly relaxing vacation

This house is truly amazing...I just got back from a family reunion vacation with my parents, brother and sister and their families. We were 15 people. The house had a butler, cook and maid service. It was the most relaxing vacation I have had in a long time. The weather was perfect, the beach beautiful, the villa absolutely magnificent..The butler was extremely accomodating and the chef cooked three meals a day for all of us, one better than the other. The beds were made, the laundry was done...heaven.......I recommend this amazing vacation and amazing villa to anyone with a large family get together....the pictures are truly a reflection of this absolutely gorgeous villa....no wild parties...just truly a relaxing enjoyable time in the Dominican Republic. Would go back tomorrow if I could......thanks for a great memory......

Amazing house!

We have five couples who love to travel together. In the past we typically have done all inclusive resorts so this year we wanted to take another direction and rent a large house/villa. OMG this home was amazing and the staff was the BEST. Jose, the butler and his assistant butler, Leo, were so kind and catered to our every need!!! The two cooks were so sweet and amazing too! Everything was delicious, healthy, and fresh! Honestly came home from this vacation not feeling like I over ate (but probably over drank lol) The house is huge with so many doors that open up so you always felt like you were outside! The covered gazebo area was large and very nicely furnished - plenty of space to be outside but to be out of the sun! I could ramble on and on but a true testament will be . . . WE WILL RETURN SOON

Amazing Trip!!

I have been traveling down to Casa De Campo for 33 years! We took 2 other families down, 16 people total and this house was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed up on Dye Four, but I will say the location was perfect. The house photos did not do it justice. The house was so open and spacious with plenty of room to spread out! The pool was awesome and the yard was huge...the kids loved to play catch, spike ball, football and we even had a kickball game! One of the best things about the dominican is that it really is a true vacation. The staff at the house was nothing short of wonderful! They made sure we were well taken care of super sweet. The food was so delicious..we ate almost all of our meals at the house even though Casa has some great restaurants! This is a house we will definitely be back to! Eduardo, the owner of the home was great at communication and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making our spring break one for the books!!!

A Memorable Stay at Las Lomas 5 – Casa de Campo

We recently spent 7 unforgettable days at Las Lomas 5 in Casa de Campo, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—spacious, serene, and impeccably maintained. Every corner of the villa was thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect balance of luxury and comfort.The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service. The butler and staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure our every need was met. The chef deserves a special shoutout—the meals were delicious and consistently impressed us throughout the week.We celebrated several special occasions during our stay, including a 41st birthday and a 10-year wedding anniversary, and this property helped make those moments even more memorable. The golfing at Dye Fore and The Links was world-class and a huge highlight for our group.If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the communication from the property manager. A bit more proactive and detailed guidance beforehand would have helped us feel better prepared for the stay. That said, this minor hiccup didn’t take away from what was an amazing trip overall.We would absolutely recommend Las Lomas 5 to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Casa de Campo. We’re already thinking about when we can return!

Enchanting

My family and I love CDC, we have been here in other occasions and we were ready to close out our summer with a much needed family vacation. The house is incredible, perfectly spaced where a large party will not feel crowded. The staff were so special and very attentive to our group. The chef cooked amazing meals and made wonderful suggestions for dinner. It is exactly what a vacation should be like. This is the most enchanting place to vacation. The kids loved it & we were very sad to go. We hope to come back and visit this lovely home & Jose Angel & staff.

Beautiful property and amazing staff

This property is beautiful in pictures and even better in person. The house is spectacular with an open air floor plan, spacious and luxurious bedrooms and an amazing outdoor lounging area. The staff was superior in every way. Jose the butler was everything the reviews said and more. He absolutely is priceless and made our stay one we will never forget. Every meal was prepared with love and attention. We sat down at the dining table and had 5 star service and food right in our villa! Our rooms were kept clean and they even did laundry for us. This property is close to everything in an ideal location. Frankly, after our one week vacation, we did not want to leave!

Exceeded our expectations

We just finished up a week with our family of 5 and another family of 5. The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, open air floor plan, and the pool area was absolutely incredible. However, the best part of our stay was the amazing staff at the property. Jose and the team were just incredible at taking care of everything we needed. Definitely a place w plan on returning for another visit.

Family vacation

Our family of 14 (8 adults and 6 grandkids ages 5-14) spent a week and had a wonderful vacation. The bedrooms worked perfectly and the house was amazing with a great pool and outdoor area. Jose and the staff did a fantastic job taking care of laundry, breakfasts and lunches. We opted to eat dinners out at the great restaurants on property. We had 3 golf carts that were our transportation to the marina and market, beach area which was great, resort, and El Chevron old town. Other than initial groceries which were purchased for us, we made trips to the market for our food. We required more cash than anticipated because some of our extra expenses for the house (food and tipping and Covid tests) could not be paid with a credit card. It was a great memorable week for our family.

Great house, location and staff. We have stayed at casa de campo before but this was by far our best experience. I would recommend this property at twice the price!
