Villa Marina is located at Casa de Campo Resort, less than 3 blocks from the beach, and has an incredibly private soccer backyard.

The villa is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully-styled village of Altos de Chavon.

SPACE:
Villa Marina is a 4-bedroom villa in 2 levels and with a private modern swimming pool & Jacuzzi cozy furnished terrace.

The villa has been completely renovated throughout and brought up to date with contemporary furniture, décor, artwork, and luxurious finishing. The interior design is very stylish with modern designer-like and unique furniture. Light colors, high ceilings, and lots of windows give this villa very plenty of natural light, which feels very pleasant.
Villa Marina instantly invites you to relax and unwind and forget about the stress of everyday life. Here is the place for you to spend the best time together with your family & friends. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms but also offers you plenty of outdoor space if you prefer the feel of the warm, Caribbean air. You have the option of sitting outside on the terrace or the deck by the pool.

DOWNSTAIRS:
On the ground floor of Villa Marina, you’ll find the beautiful living area with double-height ceilings and a comfortable sitting area with a large L-shaped sofa. This space flows easily towards the dining room with an adjoining TV-room. The TV room has a nice sofa with a chaise and a comfortable chair. This room is airconditioned and can be closed off completely for maximum privacy. The formal indoor dining area looks out on the swimming pool and the windows can slide open to let the breeze in. This is the perfect place to host elegant dinners.

When you stay at Villa Marina, you’ll have and 2 maids included. The maids will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay.
