Spectacular, 3-story beach block house that is perfect for gathering with large families or the company of friends. Several restaurants, playgrounds, WAWA, and tennis courts are within walking distance. The large driveway can fit 3-4 cars as well as 2 additional parking permits provided for street parking.

The bright blue ocean view can be seen from all 3 of the wrap-around porches.

This house has three floors and an apartment that is connected through the spacious kitchen. Each room in the house has elevated ceilings with brand new furniture for your comfort throughout your stay, accompanied by 3 zone central air conditioning.
It's our upgraded yet traditional family house that we love and occasionally rent out, so it has everything that you can possibly need or want in a home.
The first floor consists of a family room with a large TV, a living room with a computer desk and high speed wireless wifi in case anyone needs to get some work done, a fully equipped kitchen with an airfryer and all, a commodious dining room that comfortably sits 12 people at a wooden table, and a bar that can provide seating to 4 additional people, and a laundry room with a new stackable washer and dryer.
Please note that we only provide blankets and pillows, renters need to bring their own bed sheets and towels.

A Tremendous Vacation

We could not have been happier with the home! Everything was first class.: stunning, well kept beach home, top notch amenities, comfy beds, plenty of space for a large family and Tatyana was a wonderful and responsive host! We’d highly recommend this home for your family!!

Amazing vacation home

What a beautiful home! We came with a large group of family, and Tatyana's house provided ample space for us to spread out (while still spending quality time together). The house was updated, airconditioned, modern, clean, and had comfortable beds. The location couldn't be beat. Tatyana was incredibly responsive, and a wonderful host. Cannot recommend this home enough!

Th house is beautiful, clean and quite spacious. Our large family had plenty of room to "spread out" or use the first floor open concept common area to gather together comfortably!This home is perfectly located to quickly and easily go to and from the beach at any time (or multiple times) during the day.The host also allows guests to use the garage for storage of beach items so they are not cluttering the house or porch spaces. She also provides a large quantity of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for her guests use.Tatyana is super responsive and was very easy to work with. Thank you for an amazing family beach vacation!

Beautiful, clean and family friendly home

This is our first time renting a home at the shore. We owned a shore home for many years, but didn't use it enough to justify keeping it. It was a great choice, and my entire family agreed! Very Clean, spacious, and beautiful. Enough room everywhere that you could gather together, or have some private time. Loved the wrap around front porch, as well as the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies to enjoy your coffee and an ocean view to wake up to! Tatyana was a great host! She answered the many questions I had before we arrived, and was quick to respond during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the dining table was huge! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, spacious and lovely! They obviously made sure to get quality mattresses, which we really appreciated! Loved the 3 zoned hvac system for each floor! Everyone could have the temp they enjoy! Lots of beach chairs that were also like new! If you want to stay beach block, have lots of room, comfy beds, an apartment attached (came in handy for one of our family members coming and going), beautiful view, and a host that is "Johnny-on-the-spot, I highly suggest you give this beautiful home a try. No complaints, just a wonderful week with family! Clean, spacious, and beautiful. Enough room everywhere that you could gather together, or have some private time.
