We had a wonderful family stay! The house was perfect for our extended family, with room for kids to run around out back, lovely bedrooms and great shared space- and just a couple blocks to the beach!

Great Place

The house was very spacious and clean. The outdoor area was well maintained. The A/C window units were a tiny bit of a pain, but they kept the areas cool and comfortable. That said, I would definitely stay again.

Remembering & Celebrating Life & family

The property outshine the pictures. Off street parking, great back yard, area for playing and beautiful area for outdoor activities. Inside the rooms were comfortable and made it easy to have several conversations going.The kitchen was very nice and stocked with everything we needed except dish towels and dish cloths.The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The beach supplies were great!Everyone raved and praised the house

Great Property, Exceptional Service

This home is as advertised, and the hosts were exceptional! They were responsive, helpful, friendly, and so easy to work with. The house was clean, well taken care of, well stocked, and comfortable for everyone. With a big yard (rare for this area) and excellent outside space it was everything we were looking for. You can't go wrong with this property.

Great week in Ventnor!

I recently stayed at this house in Ventnor City, and it was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, just blocks away from the beach, offering easy access to the shore. The house itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout was ideal for our group, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The outdoor patio was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach getaway—highly recommend!

Great beach house getaway

Great location! The house is situated really close to a busy street with restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach with private beach access. The house was clean and definitely spacious enough for for our big group of friends. Minor downside - No minimum pantry essentials (bring your own salt, pepper, oil etc). Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans but there are no pantry items. Also, the rules are extremely strict. Although we were a group of adults with families having a vacation together, it sure did feel like the rules given to us were catered to be given to teenagers. But all in all, it was a great space for a fun beach vacation.

The messages we send to guests are standard and are written clearly to ensure the guests have the same expectations about the property and all have the same experience. This house is new this year to VRBO, and guests have raved about the property and location. We have considered many details to make the guest experience more pleasant. This year we began to provide shower and bath essentials so weekend guests don't have to buy or bring toiletries. However, we can not provide any food pantry items for guests because of concerns about health code violations. We are sorry that your 4 star review seems to reflect this consideration. We look forward to hearing from you for your future vacation in Ventnor!

What truly makes it rare is the space: off-street parking for 4–5 cars and a large private backyard and patio — something you simply don’t find in most Ventnor rentals. Perfect for gathering, grilling, and entertaining all summer long.
