This was our second time staying at this home. Works well for our larger sized family and our disabled mother in a wheelchair. Such a beautiful property, home and excellent access to all the central coast has to offer.

The house was beautiful! We stayed the weekend for my wedding and it workout perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy the amazing house. It was clean, fully stocked and communication leading up to our stay was fast and great. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. And the views! That was a pleasant surprise. Great spot.

Family Getaway

Our entire family loved this home. It was beautiful inside and out. Property manager was really easy to communicate with but wasn’t needed because everything was perfectly laid out.

Great home for a mini family reunion!

Great space for our time with extended family! Hot tub, fire pit, outdoor lounging, corn hole sets, and a lovely home as well! Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you’d need and great open space with dining room. Nice flow to the whole home!

Peace, Tranquility and Fun

This is a great house for a large family get together. Roomy, clean, comfortable, well equipped and beautiful views. Perched atop a steep hill and overlooking the valley, yet just a short drive to town, shopping, restaurants and the beach, Mykie and Tom were great hosts prividing quick response to questions and issues and plenty of privacy.. would highly recommend and hope to return some day.

Comfortable house for weekend gateway

I recently visited the facility during Labor Day .House was very comfortable and clean.We enjoyed the coffee and the serenity of the neighborhood. Wonderful.No complain.

Perfect

Beautiful house, luxurious and comfortable furnishings, We hosted Thanksgiving for 19 guests. Plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we could need. The yard was beautiful. Lawn to play "ax throw". Two patios, one with heat lamps, fire pit and a stack of wood. Easy 17 minute drive to Pismo Beach.

Nice home. Too personal

Nicely appointed home with good territorial views and local access. House was some what dated though. All the family pictures and the residents residents living adjoining the house was kind of creepy.

Lived in Arroyo Grande for 20+ years. Built our home from the ground up...a true labor of love. We've raised our three children here and built a community of family and friends.

Spacious, comfortable setting to enjoy your family & friends. It's a place of comfort and relaxation where you can enjoy endless views of the mountains, farmlands and ocean.

Our home sits on a hilltop located approximately 3 miles from the village of Arroyo Grande and 12 miles from the City of San Luis Obispo. Our home rests on 7.5 acres in the countryside with ample space away from any close neighbors to interrupt your stay.

Guests will have use of the entire home. Because this is our private residence, there will be several cupboards and closets that will be locked and the garage will not be accessible.

While hosting guests, we try our best to remain on site at our other residence on the property, so that we can take care of any extra needs and/or requests that may arise during their stay. Our hope is that our guests feel welcome and well-taken care of during their time on the Central Coast!
