Enjoy your stay in our bright, fully remodeled 1,600 sq. ft. home in Arroyo Grande! With 3 spacious bedrooms, a den with pullout couch, 2 modern baths, and a luxurious kitchen, there’s space for up to 10 guests. Relax in the cozy living areas or step outside to a new 9,000 sq. ft. patio with lights, comfy seating, Traeger BBQ, and a large grassy yard. Close to Pismo Beach, wineries, and the charming Village!

Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Arroyo Grande! Conveniently located just steps from the charming Village and only a short drive to Pismo Beach, this home is perfectly situated for exploring the Central Coast. Whether you’re looking to enjoy local wineries, boutique shops, coastal trails, or a wide variety of restaurants and bars, everything is close at hand. Relaxation or adventure—the choice is yours!

Inside, you’ll find a spacious single-level layout with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and inviting common areas. The primary and second bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed, perfect for couples or families. The third bedroom offers two full beds that can sleep up to four guests. In addition, a sofa bed and couch in the living space provide accommodations for two more. For comfort and privacy, all bedrooms have window coverings.

The bright and airy living room is ideal for both relaxation and productivity, with cozy seating, modern coffee tables, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Enjoy the comforts of home with heating and air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dining essentials.

Step outside to the expansive 11,000 sq. ft. lot, where you’ll find a new 9,000 sq. ft. concrete patio with outdoor lighting and comfortable patio furniture—perfect for evening gatherings. A Traeger BBQ grill is available for cooking, and the large grassy yard is great for outdoor games. The property is also lined with fruit trees, including an avocado tree for fresh guacamole!

Recently remodeled, this property blends modern comfort with thoughtful design to ensure a relaxing stay. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, family vacation, or extended retreat, you’ll feel right at home.

Nice location and great for two families to stay

The place is comfortable and nicely located near the Village. The property has been updated however we could tell there's been a lot of wear; baseboards were scuffed up, bathtub caulking was falling apart. We love that the layout is great for two families with plenty of comfortable sleeping areas. The property is located at the edge of a cute neighborhood and a close walking distance to the Village. Upon our arrival, we noticed an unpleasant odor that unfortunately did not wane during our stay. We used the coffee grinds from the Keurig to offset the smell. I did reach out to the host and he was responsive. Unfortunately there wasn't much that could be done with the smell. We made the visit to hang with our local family so we didn't stay in the property for too long other than to sleep. I would highly recommend owners to refresh the property and bring it back to its glory and figure out where that odor is coming from. Aside from those few items, we enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful, remodeled home that met all expectations and had all the amenities. Great backyard for kids and close to all our favorite things! Would definitely visit again!

Most excellent location!

We stayed here for several days and could not be more pleased! It is perfectly located right outside the village with a short walk to downtown. Every amenities was thought of. Very comfortable beds and large house with large back yard off back deck.

Beautiful home in Arroyo Grande

Everything in this house looked brand new. It was spacious enough to fit 10 of us with another room to spare! The open concept made the house feel bigger and more inviting. Cooking was fun every night and the kitchen was stocked with every tool we could possibly need. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in the central coast. We will be back!

Amazing stay in Arroyo Grande

My family wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving together in a space that was kid friendly, within walking space to downtown, and parks. This lovely home fit the entire Bill and then some. It was clean, safe, and lovely - we walked to the park daily and hiked the trails surrounding the creek and wooden bridge. The place had plenty of space, sleeping accommodations and linens for us. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you again!
