Summary:
Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center is located in North Myrtle Beach. You must be at least 25 yrs of age to rent this property. The resort is close to shopping, entertainment and your choice of restaurants. For an unforgettable beach vacation, Bay Watch Resort provides guests relaxing, onsite amenities with beautiful views of North Myrtle. It has an equipped kitchen. Indoor and outdoor pools. Lazy rivers. Private balconies., a gym and much more. Simply relax and make vacation memories

The Space:
This condo has 2 bedrooms with 1 King and a futon in the Main and 2 queen beds in the second. Living room is open to kitchen and dining area overlooking the pools, lazy river and the beautiful Atlantic coast. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with basic cooking supplies, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and coffee pot. Sheets and towels are provided for you. Beach towels and accessories are not included.

Guest Access:
You will be sent a door code. Parking passes and pool bands will be in your room.

The Neighborhood:
Located on 27th Ave South in Crescent Beach section of NMB.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Overall great property and we had an awesome time. Rooms and balcony had great views. Patio door handle needs to be tightened/fixed. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean but some of the furniture seened sandy. Outside hallways in the building could use some paint and better lighting but would definitely stay again.

Convenient to everything

As others have stated; this condo could use a few upgrades but overall we found it to be a good fit for us. I especially liked this particular resort and its location. We had very easy access to the parking deck, the pool deck and the beach.

Family Getaway

Visited to make family memories and let all the guys do some fishing. The condo was very nice, clean and well stocked. The resort was beautiful and clean. We’ll definitely return in the future.

Baywatch Resort

We had a great time! Loved the property! The balcony was a favorite as it overlooked the pools. Deck parties were a blast. The only negative we can say is, we wish we would've brought extra bath towels and washcloths with us. We cant wait to visit again!

Great Experience!

Everything was perfect. Room was nicely furnished, appliances were new. Location was great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Uncomfortable and unclean

The location of this unit is wonderful. However, the condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and the living room furniture was severely stained so badly that we were afraid to sit on it. Luckily we had throws in the car and used them to put in the furniture, a chip was left on the counter. One of the bathrooms had hair in the tub and the door handle had what looked like pizza sauce on it. The door to the patio didn’t lock and the exterior of the condo needs a lot of attention. I reached out to the manager who said he would “ensure the cleaning team would take care of it promptly” but they never came. We’ve rented condos and houses for 16 years and have never had an experience like this.

This place could be fantastic if the condo was updates. The master bath had mold all around the tub. There was only half rolls of toilet paper, no dish soap and one trash bag in the kitchen. The sheets had some stains o them and an odd smell. We weee only there for 2 nights so we made it work. The floors were NOT clean when we checked in either, we wore flip flops the entire time.

Amazing Vacation

We were so excited about our stay. The resort was very well kept up and had plenty of space. I was very happy about the kitchen, we had all kitchen appliances and kitchen ware that we needed plus more. This resort might just been my favorite ever. Very quiet and friendly. We will most definitely be staying again, in this same room. Forgot to mention the jet tub, work perfect. I fell asleep twice lol đŸ˜‚đŸ„°. Would like to say thanks to Chris for responding in a quickly fashion when we needed parking passes. He made sure, we got what we needed. Thanks again

Nice enough.

Overall the stay was good, there there were a couple issues. 1) No TP in one bathroom. 2) The knife set honing steel is coated with some type of gunk and appears to have never been cleaned. 3) The Floor was sticky and the mop available in the closet was black.

Great location for smaller kids.

Second time at this location. Higher floor gives better views. Indoor lazy river was broken, disappointing and pools are always dirty. Condo was spacious and clean. Appreciated a full kitchen of utensils and devices. Had to google realty company for phone number to address concerns. Listed property manager never answered phone, responded to text or voicemail. Second half of condo payment was scheduled to automatically be deducted from credit card. This was done with out any notification or agreement. VRBO only listed when the second payment was due, nothing about an automatic payment. Would stay at this location again. Not sure if I would use VRBO or Eagle Realty.

Eagle Beach Rentals Baywatch

We've stayed at Baywatch many times & enjoy the location, views and overall facilities, although it is starting to show its age. Unit 432 is smaller than any other units we've stayed in, but the bedrooms were sufficient. Bathrooms are a bit dated, the master still has an old jetted tub shower combo, but shower was functional. The kitchen seems recently remodeled with granite counter tops and updated appliances (bright spot). LVP flooring throughout looks nice but left dark stains on our socks (seemed swept but not mopped). The living room is small with two padded chairs and a sofa/chaise lounge, all stained and in need of replacing (we draped a sheet over areas we used). The small balcony had four rocking chairs and two small tables which was nice. The sliding door was incredibly hard to use and finally gave up working at the end of our stay. The biggest complaint was a dark stain on the ceiling coming out of the AC vent between the kitchen and the living room. If we'd seen that in the pictures we'd have never booked the unit. I'd attach a photo if I could. There was an additional dark stain under the vent that looked like it may have leaked at one time. No parking pass when we arrived so we had to purchase 1 night @ $25 to keep from being towed (property security warned us). Eagle did reimburse this and was good about communicating with us thru the app. Not our best experience overall, & don't plan to use this company again.

Dirty place with beautiful views
 so weird

I feel weird about Baywatch resort. It is very outdated and dirty in the hallways and indoor pools. Finding the parking garage was a bit confusing at first. Upon arrival the halls looked so dirty and outdated. I honestly was about to cry it was so unappealing looking. The ice machine by our room had leaked all over the floor and was left that way the entire time we were there. The lazy river and pool under our balcony was closed, due to someone throwing a glass off of a top balcony. All doors and outlets need cleaned. Wood trim was dirty. Apartment #432 needs new lighting, it was dark and depressing.The dirty futon in the master and dirty chairs throughout were gross. I put two nasty rugs from the master bedroom on the side balcony until we left. They felt dirty and slimy. The master bedroom was outdated and had mold in the tub. I had to clean both bathrooms upon arrival. Guest bedroom were just ok. Kitchen had new appliances, one positive. Living room was ok but I had to scrub all the food and dirt stains on the couch, before we could even stand sitting on them. Everything seemed like it was mismatched and bought at thrift stores and never cleaned. The views were beautiful of the ocean. Outdoor Pools were ok. Lazy river was nice after it opened. Beach was beautiful, not crowded. We had to leave early due to hurricane Idalia. I would stay in that area but not at Baywatch would again.

Great condo but did have some issues.

The reason this property didn't get a 5 star rating is mainly due to the property management. The emails they sent us were very confusing. I would get two or three of the same ones. The day of arrival is when they send you an email with the check in information. Well We got 2 saying we were in bldg 2 and two saying we were in building 3. Same room # but different passcodes. So I called and did talk to someone and she assured me it was bldg. 2. Well when we got there they didn't explain to us that you could park for 15 minutes to unload. So I had to run into the lobby and luckily there was a very nice gentleman at the front desk who explained everything to me. Including the fact that we were not in bldg 2 but definitely bldg 3. So we get to the room and we were supposed to find a Parking permit for our car. We looked everywhere...and found nothing. I called the number for Eagle Beach Realty and since it was like 7 pm. I got a voicemail of the person I had talked to earlier. I left and message and I never heard back from her the whole week. That was really unacceptable. Luckily we didn't actually need a parking pass maybe because it was a slower time of season. Eagle Beach Realty really need to update their emails and put more detail in for what you are actually going to run into when you get there. And they should not send so many emails for one rental. The other thing that was really bothered us was the lounger on the sofa was very stained and disgusting looking. That should definitely have it professionally cleaned.
