Chaque unité contient une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et laveuse / sécheuse.

Cette unité est au 10Úme étage, unité 1007 et dispose d'un maßtre avec un lit queen size et salle de bain privée avec portes vitrées menant au balcon surplombant l'océan. La chambre n ° 2 a un nouveau lit queen size et la chambre n ° 3 en a 2.

Waterpointe 1, situé dans le quartier paisible et familial de North Myrtle Beach, à Windy Hill, dispose d'une piscine intérieure chauffée, d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine extérieure, d'une piscine pour enfants en plein air, d'un espace de cuisson avec tables de pique-nique et de deux terrasses. Le hall d'accueil spacieux est équipé d'un coin salon, de tables, de chaises et d'une télévision. Nous sommes à moins d'un kilomÚtre et demi de Barefoot Landing, d'Alligator Adventure, de House of Blues et de l'épicerie Bi-lo. Seulement 2 miles de Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Centre commercial Myrtle Beach et bien plus encore !!!

Bonus North Myrtle Beach Long Week-end August

My husband and 2 adult sons stay for 4 day week-end. Perfect location, Clean, Great Views with Balcony and no complaint of price! Lots of extras in kitchen if you need. It is older condo- But well maintained by owners. We would definitely stay here again. Only regret it went to quickly!!

Great location in North Myrtle!

Great location in North Myrtle, right across from Barefoot and close to the outlets and a lot of great restaurants. 20 mins to Broadway and 45 mins to the Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet, this 3 bedroom unit has a very well stocked kitchen. Closet/storage space is extremely limited but water pressure was great and Randy and Debbie were kind and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth and parking was always available for our two cars. No lifeguard in front of the property but are close on either side. Thank you for such a great stay!

Relaxation Time

Well needed vacation for the family. The sign of a good vacation is when you realize it’s already the last day and you don’t know where the time went. Lots of incentive to do it again, very soon.

Loved the location and convenience of the facility. Right on the beach, parking no issue and management was awesome.

If you are looking for something on the beach and still close to everything else Waterpoint l is the place. Easy access to beach, unit was very spacious and parking had no issues. Loved they had bathroom access for guest in the lobby from the beach and pool area. Will definitely book again there.

Quiet relaxing winter nreak

It was a wonderful experience, we normally go away anytime between 12/25 - 01/15. The weather is usually in the 60's. We enjoyed our stay, we walked on the beach, ate good food, read, did a little art work and slept. Just what we were expecting. The hotel also provides entertainment. which helps everyone socialize. However this is optional. The hotel is well situated, right across from Barefoot Landing. The only thing I would say on the negative side would be the beds. The mattresses very soft. Apart from, that everything was Superb.

Another great stay!

We have stayed at Waterpointe 1 several times and are never disappointed. The location and beach view are amazing as is the indoor sauna. The outdoor spaces are kept immaculate. Loved the reclining sofa in 1007! The beds were a little soft for our liking but we got used to them. Debbie and Randy are the best. Whenever we mentioned anything to them it was fixed or supplied asap. We hope to visit again soon!

Clean, Friendly and Quiet Complex

My family and I very much enjoyed our first stay at Waterpoint 1 and will likely stay at this complex again. The complex was very quiet, clean and the bonus activities of shell/rock painting and bracelet making was a super fun surprise. The nice folks that hosted the events in the lobby area were super friendly. The location is great, so close to our favorite shopping hub of Barefoot Landing. Our unit, although dated, was clean and very nicely decorated. I was worried about the across the street parking but it was no issue at all. There was a loading area where we were able to drop our bags off and then park right across the street. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the in unit washer and dryer was a plus. If we had to make a tiny complaint it would have to be the bed in the master bedroom was very noisy. Anytime you rolled over, got in or out of bed it made tons of noise. I am not sure if it was from the box spring or the plastic wrapped around the box spring but a light sleeper would likely have to use one of the other bedrooms. The bed itself was comfy. We would have no issues staying in this unit again. I would recommend this complex and this unit to anyone looking to stay in NMB.

Had a Fantastic time on the beach and at the pool. Condo was everything we wanted and more. any questions that we had got answered right away. Great views from the balcony!!! Girls loved painting seashells in the lobby area, great restaurants down the road. nothing but good things to say about this stay!!!!!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved everything about our condo. It was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was more than fully stocked. It had everything you would find in a home. We met Deb and Fred within the 1st 10 minutes of being there and I don't think you can find 2 nicer people. They do an incredible job managing the building. We saw them throughout the week and they were so pleasant. Any issue they took care of immediately. The lobby is beautiful and cozy. I liked how you were able to use this common area. The flower garden between the condo and beach was so pretty and just goes to show how much care is taken in this building. The location if perfect. you are close to everything. I would highly recommend our unit and I know we will be back.

Relaxing!

Our family enjoyed our vacation so much! The unit was very clean and the response from the property management was exceptional. It is a great location and such ease getting back and forth to the beach. No stairs!!!! Even though we were on the 10th floor there wasn’t any issues with elevator usage. We will be back again.
