Great place to stay for a festival weekend! It’s easy access to the shuttle buses and the condo is in a good location within the neighborhood close to a lot of pools!

Weekend for Coachella

Was super convenient, clean and scenic - loved staying here and would do so again for a festival or just for a vacation in palm springs.

Excellent Property and Stay

The location is wonderfully situated in a quiet, gated neighborhood. The amenities at the house and property were excellent. The owner, Matt, was incredibly easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

Views of fairway and mountains were superb! Communication with host was excellent, 2 technical issues were taken care of within a couple of hours. Beds were very comfy, mattress not too soft!There even was a cooler with cooling elements for shopping & excursions. Will definitely go there again

Great little gem in the desert

Quiet location in the middle of a golf course;wonderful sunsets overlooking the fairways and Mt. Jacinto. Communication with owner was very pleasant, response time was really fast. Thank You Matt, we‘ll be back!

Excellent host and property

Superb location close to restaurants, prime golf and grocery stores. Desert Falls is the location sweet spot in Palm Desert. The entry from the Frank Sinatra gate assures a quiet stay. Matt, our host, is in a class by himself. We’ve stayed in VRBOs on four continents and Matt sets himself apart on being easy to work with. Communication is instantaneous. Leaving this review risks our availability for future visits but Matt deserves the praise. Thanks Matt!

Quiet and Restful Holiday Oasis

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was conveniently located, enabling us to visit our extended family who live in Palm Desert for the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is well stocked, and the laundry room provided a much welcome opportunity to keep up with laundry. The view of the golf course and surrounding mountains from the patio was lovely. A provided step stool was available to get into the high bed in the master bedroom, as well as into the tub/shower in the master bathroom. Plenty of hot water was available for showers. Written instructions for unlocking and locking the front door were helpful and easy to follow. Everything helped us to feel right at home. Having breakfast at a table near the kitchen was delightful, with a nice view of the outdoors through louvered blinds. Neighbors were friendly, waving to us as we set out for our daily adventures. It was exceptionally quiet. We look forward to returning, and especially appreciate the kind communication with the property owner.

Excellent accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property - the location, cleanliness, easy pool access and amenities provided were excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious. We had amazing sunsets on the back patio - you will not be disappointed if you rent Matt's place. He was easy to communicate with and we highly recommend staying here.

It was a short stay, but it was perfect for us. Matthew provides exactly what you need. Sunsets are fabulous on the patio. What a lovely place to relax!

Desert Falls condo

Matthew is a tremendous host. He responded to our questions immediately and saw to our comforts. We loved the patio furniture and view, especially at sunset. The location is beautiful. The pools were lovely. Everything from the bed, to the furniture, to the appliances was first rate. We highly recommend checking out this property.

Our stay was perfect. It was crazy hot in summer in Palm Desert, but the AC kept us very comfortable. Matt's place is exactly as described. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Lots of space and has everything you could need in the unit. I would gladly stay again. Communication was also perfect. Thanks

Great Property!

The property was easy to find, clean, and perfect for my friends and I for Stagecoach. The host was friendly and easy to contact with any questions before hand. The views of the golf course were incredible and I would 1000% recommend this property to anyone looking to go out in the area.

Perfect weekend stay

My friends and I went to Coachella this year. The property was so close to shuttles in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean and very spacious. The owner responded very quickly and was helpful with any questions I had. Thanks Matt!
