Ceci est un condo parfait pour une vĂ©ritable dĂ©tente, oĂč vous pourrez profiter des vues exquises qui vous entourent Ă  chaque tour! Notre condo est ravissant avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain.
Savourez un délicieux repas préparé sur le bar-b-que du patio en regardant à travers le parcours de golf en peluche et vert et les palmiers élégants qui parsÚment le paysage. Votre piscine et votre bain à remous vous attendent, car vous ne faites que quelques pas vers sa porte d'entrée. (Il existe de nombreuses piscines au sein du Palm Valley Country Club!)
Ce condo est prĂȘt Ă  vous dĂ©tendre; avec deux fauteuils inclinables Lazy Boy avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et lecteur DVD Blue Ray, non seulement dans le salon, mais aussi dans la suite principale. Internet sans fil est Ă©galement fourni.
Nous avons une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse dans la buanderie.
À Palm Desert et dans les environs, il existe de nombreux restaurants parmi lesquels choisir ~ une cuisine dĂ©contractĂ©e ou raffinĂ©e.
Au-delà des portes de cette magnifique installation, de nombreuses activités sont possibles: art, randonnée, musées, vélo, théùtre, golf, shopping de classe mondiale, concerts, et bien plus encore!
Nous avons un garage pour deux voitures pour garder votre véhicule propre et frais. Profitez de rester à l'intérieur et amusez-vous à un jeu de société ou de cartes, ou blottissez-vous avec l'un de nos livres agréables.
Palm Valley Country Club est une communauté surveillée.
Le Clubhouse est élégant avec une nourriture incroyable dans la belle salle à manger. Chaque vendredi, c'est Pasta Night. Vous n'avez pas besoin de quitter la propriété pour vous faire dorloter.

Family Trip

My mom and I had a wonderful time staying at Bill's home. The home was clean and well stocked. Safe neighborhood as well. Beds were comfortable and the location is close to many restaurants/shopping areas.

Weekend getaway

Nice corner unit. Great view of the coarse. Pool was a short walk. Lots of privacy. The place was clean and had everything we needed including bikes to take a cruise.

We loved it!

This place was wonderful and exactly as described. We loved it. The one concern we had during our stay was addressed quickly by the Property Manager. She was very responsive and helpful. When I am back in that area and looking for a place to stay this will be the first option I check for availability.

Luxury Living

The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. 30 steps to the pool and jacuzzi. Second bedroom was a little warm. Couldn’t keep the windows open because the train was distracting. All in all, it’s a great place to rent.

Palm Desert retreat

The property itself is very nice and immaculate. Had everything we needed. The view of the golf course was beautiful. We didn’t use the pool or spa but they were within a few steps of the patio. We really appreciated having a garage especially the day of a sand storm. The trains are very close and very loud and the people above this unit had dogs that barked all day when they left and the noise level was very loud.

Condo was very nice. Enjoyed the location near the pool. It was easy to get into. Beds were very comfortable. The negative was the guy upstairs. Very heavy foot. Walking back and forth. Moving chair back. Even the train didn’t bother me as much as the guy upstairs.

We always enjoy our time in Palm Valley, and this trip was no different. The check-in process couldn't have been any easier, and communication with the owner was streamlined to a minimum. The one fly in the ointment would be the upstairs neighbors, or more specifically, the dog. That first night, it barked NONSTOP. After a while, it was more impressive than anything else. Fortunately, the owner has white noise machines in each bedroom (GREAT touch, by the way. This should be a staple in EVERY rental) to drown out the barking. Proximity to the pool 10/10.

Clean convenient place to stay

The master bed was extremely comfortable. Full disclosure that there was a tenant above that was heard. And the unit is very close to train and freeway noise.

Wonderful place to stay

Very nice, clean, and quiet property in Palm Valley. Pool was just steps out of the patio area. The Property was very nice and well appointed. Perfect for our golf getaway. Access to the garage was very helpful.

Perfect getaway

Owners have done a wonderful job of outfitting their “condo”. It’s very comfortable, 2 sofa’s with recliners. Beds are comfy, but the primary was a little hard for me. Good linens & plenty of towels. Exceptionally clean, and I’m very picky. Lots of room. Loved the location within the club. We could walk right out the patio, cross luscious green grass maybe 50 paces to the large pool with hot tub. Very quiet, but there is a train track across the street with a high wall. It didn’t bother us at all, no whistle blowing. I was told by other vacationers that the grounds were the most beautiful in the area as they had golfed at several. I would definitely stay here if I go back.

Nice condo layout

We enjoyed the condo layout for two couples. Nice private spaces. Loved the bikes. Only negative would be better stocked paper items such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels and napkins. Most condos supply this amply. Had a great time and rebooked for next year.

Awesome Place!

Condo was perfect for our getaway! Clean, well equipped and a beautiful location right on a golf course. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and literally just steps away from the patio. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to the Palm Springs area!

Golf Heaven

We enjoyed our time here. The condo is nice and clean. We played golf and visited some family. The views and the flowers 
at the Palm Valley Country Club are amazing. Owners couldn’t be better

We have visited this community for several years and were in love with the peaceful atmosphere we felt here. This past year we found this condo for sale and couldn't pass up the opportunity to own a piece of this great community.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One of the benefits we like about this condo is that we are 30 steps away from the pool and hot tub. (I counted the steps.) This is also a gated community with patrols that make us feel safe, any time of the day.
