Youâll find all that and more here at Eternal Palms of Desert Falls, a luxurious 3-bedroom home packed with desirable features and amenities.
As the name suggests, youâll be located within the desirable Desert Falls community, where you and your guests will be able to take full advantage of community perks such as several sparkling inground pools with sundecks, a fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts, large clubhouse with bar, and a challenging golf course surrounded by incredible mountain vistas. Away from the home, spend your afternoons shopping along the chic El Paseo district, known as the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert," where designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale dining await at every turn. In the evening, the cityâs vibrant nightlife and world-class restaurants come alive, offering everything from gourmet dishes to farm-to-table delights. Catch a live show at the McCallum Theatre or enjoy an evening under the stars, soaking up the desert magic.
The homeâs breezy balcony is the perfect spot to soak up the fresh air and plentiful sunshine, turning the pages of a good book while the grill master among you whips up a delicious barbeque feast. Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and en suite with full bath.
The home also includes an additional half guest bathroom.

âą Garage and driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon entering the community. Two vehicles can be parked in the garage and one in the driveway. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass, with a maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
âą This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the front entrance and actively monitoring the front door.
âą Pet friendly! Maximum of 1 small dog, prior approval required. An additional Pet Fee of $35 per day will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
âą Additional kitchen amenities: Crock pot/slow cooker, Smoothie maker, and Waffle maker & mixers.
