We loved that each room was basically a master suite with king beds that opened to the common area of the pool. Fantastic views of the ocean and great communication with our host.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at his home. The beds were comfortable, the jetted tub was soothing after a long day of walking. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bedrooms had a lot of storage area for clothing.We liked the pool, but with it had been a few degrees warmer. Even once we were in the water swimming laps for a while, it was still uncomfortable so we got out.The neighborhood is as advertised, residential and quiet.

Hosts were responsive every step of the journey. The location was perfect for us. The layout of the home was great for our 3 generation family. It had so many amenities for us to use. Would come back again !!

Location, view and space was excellent. Grill was in rough shape, needed to be replaced or rebuilt. The wildlife at night is very loud and constant leaves in pool. House could use some updating.

Host had great communication and responded quickly to any issues that arose. The house was large with many bathrooms and bedrooms and it was great for our needs of a large family. Beautiful views and well located. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Orange tree in the backyard was lovely. Nice neighborhood great for morning walks.

A nice stay a little outside town

It was a nice quiet neighborhood, and the pool, amenities and view were all very enjoyable. Would stay again if traveling to the Kona area.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family. It provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Hawaii. After spending a day enjoying the island we could rest around the pool and take in beautiful sunsets.

My family (grandparents, five grandkids, and parents) had a fantastic stay. There is plenty of space and beds. The views from the pool are amazing. Great sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Love that we got to utilize a wonderful space with a few different families, altogether.

We cooked together, we laughed together and created many wonderful memories laughing by the pool and large indoor kitchen area.

Awesome family rental

This house was perfect for our large family of all ages. We had everything we needed, and it was in a very convenient spot just down the road from Kta grocery store and longs drug store. We will be back!

Awesome location and views! Perfect for our multigenerational family group of 9 from ages 7-70. Pool and hot tub got a lot of use. Excellent location for exploring the west side of the island.

Absolutely beautiful multi-generational family property!

Absolutely beautiful!! Fantastic location in gorgeous hilly neighborhood, courtyard pool, beautiful kitchen, very comfortable rooms, stunning views of the ocean, unbeatable sunsets, within five minutes driving distance of beaches, shops, and restaurants. Very comfortable and wonderful fit for our multi-generational family!
