Great property

This is a great property. Was exactly as pictured. Felt safe with staff at gate and the fact they did a good job of monitoring pool area. Location is less the. 10 min driving from shops, restaurants, etc. Beach is right across the street. I’d recommend this condo!

Need better communication upfront regarding the three codes as to what each is. Carpet needs replacing. Ice maker doesn’t work very well. Other than those items, the unit was excellent.

The only issue was that there was no silverware available. There were steak knives but no forks, spoons, etc. this was very inconvenient. Additionally, it would have been nice to have beach towels and maybe a couple beach chairs available for use.The property was fantastic and in a great location. I appreciated the garage parking and covered walkway to the condo, especially with all the rain we had.
