The space
Designed for large groups, this bright, modern coastal home offers more than 2,400 sq ft of room to gather and unwind. High ceilings and natural light complement the open living, dining, and kitchen area, while the large front porch frames Gulf views for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or post-beach relaxation.

Guest access
You’ll have private access to the entire home, including the outdoor gathering areas and free on-premises parking for up to 10 vehicles. A locked owner’s closet and a small separate garage are not available to guests. Please do not block the street when parking.

Other details to note
To ensure a great experience for all guests and neighbors:
• No parties at the house. Gatherings beneath the house are encouraged!
• Events considered on a case-by-case basis. Perfect location for beachfront weddings!
• Registered guests only (occupancy limit strictly enforced)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Minimum booking age: 23
• No smoking inside (fees apply for violations)
• Pets allowed with prior approval

The home is located directly across the street from the beach, which is standard for Gulfport. For an evening by the water, guests may enjoy a beach fire pit with the required Harrison County permit.

Exterior security cameras are in place for safety and occupancy verification; there are no cameras inside. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away. Long-term stays are allowed.
