ESCAPE TO SEASCAPE! This villa is a tri-level townhome that has been beautifully remodeled with a chic coastal décor that is equipped with all the comforts of home.

Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.

There is also a private Beach Cabana located on a private walkway to the ocean that is exclusively for the use of Seascape owners and guests.

The Space:

This three bedroom, two bathroom villa has been beautifully renovated to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay! The kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking needs, complimentary Wi-Fi and cable throughout the house, a grill on the patio and board games in the living room.

Other Things to Note:

The main door has a keypad lockset and an entry code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Parking passes will be available to you inside the villa upon check-in. Only two vehicles are permitted.

HHI Getaway

Had a great time staying at this updated and well maintained condo. Within a short walk to the beach on a private walkway with bathrooms near the beach. It was great for a long weekend with friends from all over the country!

Great location

It was a great vacation rental in an amazing location, close to beach and restaurants. We could ride our bikes to everything. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay!

Condo looks like it’s been newly renovated and was very clean. Location is great- easy walk to beach and restaurants. Property manager was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Great location! Clean and comfortable HH villa.

Enjoyed this nicely remodeled villa with modern beach decor. Very clean! Great location for short walk to beach. Beds and pillows were super comfortable! Community pool onsite was refreshing and private.

Great Villa-love HHI!

Host was attentive, home was clean. It had all the necessary items for a short vacation. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to beach! We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing Beach Vacation

Our family just returned from Hilton Head. We had a great time. The unit was exactly what I hoped for. It was clean and spacious for our family of 6. The location to the beach was perfect walking distance. The unit had everything we needed and then some. Thanks so much for being a great host! We will for sure be back.

Great place to stay in Hilton Head!

This is a great, well-updated home in Hilton Head. And this is saying a lot since many properties in Hilton Head tend to look a bit dated. And this home is right near the beach. Note that unlike what the map shows, this property is not directly on the beach. It is a very short walk from the beach though, or an even shorter bike ride! The home was spotlessly clean, and very well stocked and appointed. The communication with the host could not have been better, and the check-in/out process was perfectly smooth. Note for those that are handicapped or elderly, this properly has many stairs, so just know that going in. But overall I highly recommend, and would stay again!

Wonderful Family Stay

We stayed at this beautiful coastal villa to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. We had a full house, with four adults and two infants under 2, and this property was the perfect fit. It was only a five minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near bike paths, as well as a five-minute bike ride to shops and restaurants. The villa itself featured beautiful, spacious bedrooms, updated bathrooms with fantastic showers, and plenty of space to enjoy each other as a family on the living space level. The only drawback was that there were a lot of stairs between levels, which may be difficult if you have a lot of stuff or small children. That said, it didn't end up being a problem for us once we got in. We used the grill and patio one night for a cookout, which was also wonderful. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed the property- the address is wrong on the website which shows it’s on the beach. Also, it took us to north Forest instead of south forest. Took us a while to figure out the wrong address. The link that was sent in our email was wrong. Over all- it was grrrrr eat!
