The space

This home is perfect for the family beach vacation! We have big families and little ones ourselves, so we have all of the gear needed to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay for everyone. We LOVE this home for its proximity to the beautiful Palmetto Dunes beaches, and the private pool and spa! Pool can be heated seasonally, for a fee.

Tucked in the coveted Palmetto Dunes, this elegant 4BR/3BA home features soaring ceilings and generous living quarters, as well as a private, pool and spa steps away from the lagoon. The spacious floor plan features an airy and open layout bedecked with sophisticated details.

The Great Room features a wall of windows over-looking the pool and lagoon, a gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV and AppleTV for cozying up and streaming any of your favorite movies or TV shows. Boasting 2 master suites each with private, spa-like en-suites. Wake-up each morning watching the fog roll over the lagoon from the comfort of the King sized bed.

Sip morning coffee on your secluded dock before heading to the beach, conveniently located within a 10-minute walk. The fairways of George Fazio Golf Course stretch out just across the street.

Quiet, private work/school spaces with plenty of internet speed for everyone. Grill up something delicious on the gas grill and enjoy sunset on the patio. With enough space for 12 and our furry friends, this is a great home for everyone! Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV outfitted with an AppleTV streaming device.

LIVING AREAS

Vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows flood the Great Room with natural light. A flat-screen TV and comfy furniture invite laid-back movie nights with loved ones.

The living room is an elegant gathering space with a warm color palette, fine furnishings, a flat-screen TV, AppleTV, and a gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

My Grandfather was a Chef, and so the kitchen is where we always congregate. Enjoy the open kitchen fully stocked for the Chef and family. We offer new, sharp knives, pots and pans, and plenty of plates and glassware. Of course, we made sure to stock plenty of wine glasses for those that love wine like we do! This well-equipped culinary space features ample counter space and a desk for browsing recipes. There friends and family can keep the Chef company at the kitchen bar.

Share meals at the six-person breakfast table or in the dining room with seating for eight.

Coffee? We have you covered with a 12-cup drip maker and Keurig (K-cups not provided); you’ll have your caffeine in no time.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to twelve guests in four bedrooms.

Bedroom #1: Make yourself at home in the tranquil master suite, detailed with a king canopy bed, flatscreen TV, and a private access to the deck. The spa-like master bathroom features a walk-in shower, deep jetted tub, double vanity, and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom #2: Comfort awaits in the second bedroom, outfitted with a plush King sleigh bed and flat-screen TV. The spa-like master bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom #3 and #4: Two peaceful guest suites both featuring custom crafted Full over Queen bunk beds, a separate Twin bed, and flat-screen TVs. The two share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

For the teleworker/homeschooler, the home provides ample quiet space. Two large folding desks and 24” flat screen monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available. Additionally, the kitchen provides a built-in desk great with ample room for homework.

OUTDOOR AREAS

A secluded pool, spa, and palm tree-lined patio await. Soak up the sun on a lounge chair, read a great book or fish in one of the rocking chairs on the private dock, or serve a poolside lunch at a dining table for 8-10.

Make use of the brand new gas grill and dine alfresco at the 8-10 person dining table on the deck.

A few steps away awaits the private dock, where you’ll find seating beside the lagoon. This peaceful setting is perfect for spotting turtles, egrets, woodpeckers, and an array of native wildlife. Bring your own kayak or canoe or rent from the Outfitters and tie up at the private dock. The lagoon offers two main loops for boating with gorgeous views all around.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon), toys, and games, along with a two Pack ‘n Plays, a potty seat, a booster chair, and infant/toddler drinkware, plates, and silverware are provided. Please just bring your own linens for the Pack ‘N Play. We also have a rail-attachment that converts the twin bed into a toddler bed.

Please note an exterior security camera is active on the property. It covers only the front driveway and entrance.

This one-story home is accessed via only a few steps at the entry.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily fee (not necessary May 1- Sept 30).

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property.

Other things to note
Visitors will need to obtain a parking pass from the Palmetto Dunes security gate for each vehicle. 4 Passes are included, and additional passes may be obtained for a nominal fee. Please inform the host of the number of vehicles (max of 4) and the names of the drivers.
