Our villa has everything you need, and it is conveniently located close to Joshua Tree. This outstanding renovated modern house offers a luxurious stay for your group, with a massive pool and jacuzzi for relaxation. Enjoy 360-degree views all around the house. You have a huge backyard and a garage game room. Our private villa sits on a 2.2-acre property, with about an acre walled in.

â The property is at the end of a street, so it is very private.
â Parking is all around the house
â The garage has two futon beds (sofa sleepers ). Each can sleep two small people or can be put together and sleep 3. It has split AC.
â Please note that we do not provide firewood to use for the outdoor fire-pits, you would have to bring your own.
â Please note that we are not refilling the propane tank. You can take an empty tank to Home Depot for refilling for a small fee
â We do collect a fee to heat the jacuzzi as it consumes a lot of gas
The cleaning company charges us a pet fee per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- We have weekly pool service EVERY Friday
IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floors clean of bacteria.
2. The intake line âhoseâ must be disconnected before it is taken out of the pool. Otherwise, it sucks air and will ruin the pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from the pool. Canât keep the pool clean without that equipment running.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
-Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use.

- We have exterior cameras in front of the house and the backyard (pool area) for security and insurance purposes.
- Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.
