À propos de cet hébergement
5 Star, Guest Favorite with Heated Lazy River Pool, Rooftop Observation Deck
Global Host Visionary Award by PriceLabs.
This 5 acre property rests in Joshua Cove foothills with breath taking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Upon our first encounter with this unimproved piece of raw land, we decided we would build our home here to share the beauty with others.
The quietness, stillness and calmness of the land encourages your stresses of daily life to disappear. You don’t hear any cars or sirens or people. You can literally hear the rabbits rustling, the coyotes howling and breeze humming.
From the rooftop sky observation deck, you are virtually “on top of the world” with vast 360 views of the rocky mountainsides and sprawling valley of joshua tree and the crystal clear starlit skies.
Play in the newly constructed, one of a kind, lazy river pool. It’s a hybrid pool and lazy river that has optional jets to force the water in circles. We can heat the pool to 90 degrees upon request.
When the sun sets to the west of our home, the skies magically change to a beautiful orangish, yellow hue. The time is right to hop in the Hot tub, always heated to 102 degrees.
Just after twilight, the stars begin to sparkle and the time is perfect for a cozy wood burning fire. When you and your crew are ready to hit the hay, you will feel welcome to all new Interior bedding, high pressure showers and climate controlled environment. Throw on a vintage record to set the mood and rest for a fresh day of exploration. There is so much to see and do in the area, from the world famous Joshua Tree National Park, vintage shopping, saloon hopping or a quick trip to Pioneer town and Pappy & Harriets. You may even want to take the dirt road straight from the property and explore the coyote dry lake bed and BLM off roading adventures.
Important Property Guidelines
We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own so it can be enjoyed by future guests (and hopefully by you again!). Please review the following rules to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay:
Security & Verification
• A valid photo ID is required from the booking guest prior to check-in
• The name on the reservation must match the ID provided
Noise, Music & Party Policy
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Loud music, parties, or excessive noise that may disturb neighbors is strictly prohibited at all times.
• No parties or events are allowed on the property.
• Music may be played outdoors but must be kept at a respectful volume and never disturb neighbors.
• Please note that any violation of our house rules, including noise complaints from neighbors, may result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund
Please Do Not:
• Sit or stand on the hot tub cover — it is not designed to support weight and may break.

(No wipes of any kind, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc.)
• Climb or sit on the merry-go-round horse art installation.

• Leave doors open — it invites bugs, mice, and desert critters inside.
Lighting & Safety
• Please keep porch lights and roof lights ON when outside during the night.
• For your safety, all walking paths and stairs should be well lit.
• Roof deck light switch is located just outside the laundry room, to the left of the steps (when facing out).
