Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed w/ ensuite full bath, 1st floor

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. We may also request a government-issued ID to complete the booking process.
SECURITY: For security, a camera is located at the exterior front entrance of the property. Tampering with the camera is not permitted.
AMENITIES: A starter supply of essentials (trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper) is provided; you may need to purchase more for your stay. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are included. We also provide a high chair, retractable gates, & children's dinnerware provided for your convenience
DOG FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs welcome with an additional fee of $100 per dog (automatically applied if pup(s) added to reservation). Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and fully vaccinated. Please be aware that while our home is professionally cleaned, there may be some lingering dog hair or dander. If anyone in your group has dog allergies, this may not be a suitable cabin for you.
TRAVEL INS: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do not offer refunds for situations beyond our control unless the home itself is uninhabitable.

- 3 min walk to neighborhood beach access
- 2 min drive to Food Lion and Timbuck II Shopping Village
- 10 min drive to Historic Corolla Park and Village
- 12 min drive to 4x4 beach access
We aim to provide our guests with privacy and a seamless stay. There is no on-site staff. However, we are available to assist you daily from 9 AM to 6 PM EST via the messaging platform. We do our best to respond to messages after hours for urgent matters.
Guests will have private access to the entire home. You'll enjoy a seamless and convenient self-check-in experience. We will send a message with detailed instructions and your unique door code three days before your arrival. Check-in is available any time after 4 PM.
HOUSE RULES
- We do not allow parties, drugs, or smoking on the property.
- Maximum of 14 people.
- Must be 25 to stay (children w/ guardians allowed)
- Neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM
- No fires allowed (including candles)
- Maximum of 5 vehicles (RVs/trailers/boats/UTV’s/Golf Carts are not permitted by the HOA)
