This Thousand Oaks Home has easy access to the 101 Freeway, 4 Bedrooms, a Spa & Pool, with a fenced front yard within walking distance to shops & restaurants. This property offers hiking trails within walking distance and is only 25 minutes to the beautiful Southern California Beaches! The Master Bedrooms has french doors leading out to a 70 foot lap pool with heated spa. The home offers a large kitchen with new appliances & kitchen tools. Two large common areas with TV's, comfortable couches & a fireplace.

Evening hot tub while watching Ohtani join the 40-40 club!

We enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub and backyard view of the hills/mountains was beautiful.

A perfect staycation

I had a small get together with friends to celebrate a birthday! This was the perfect venue! Pool, spacious, quiet neighborhood and a lot of peace! We had 10 folks come by and it never felt too crowded! Would love to stay again!

Home base for family wedding

The home was perfectly located for family and friends to stop by and big enough to keep everyone comfortable. The landlords were very responsive to any issues we had with the place. It was close to food, freeway and friends - perfect!

Open and Relaxing Space

Great property to relax with family and friends with large open spaces that enhance the mellow space. Easy to get to and everything you could need is either at the house or in a short distance.

They are working on the front yard! So some nice rose bushes, but they still have lots of work! I’m sure it’ll look nice after it’s finished.

Nice cozy little place.

It was a nice place. The Jacuzzi instructions were hard to us, recommend more for family with children or people that don’t mind sleeping on top of each other. The rooms are more for children not made for more than one person per room if they’re adults. But we made it work. Host was very nice.

Needs Met

Very nice & met our needs as we attended a wedding nearby. Loved relaxing in the spa while kids swam in the pool. Great host; very informative & kept in touch. Whenever questions arose she responded in a timely matter I must add (although she informed me prior) to be careful about slight step down into hallway).

Weekend family trip

The place was good for our needs. We swam, hung out in and outside. Had plenty of space for our group. We visited The Gardens of the World, had a nice Argentinian dinner at the Northridge Plaza Shopping Center, visited the Reagan Presidential Library and went to the movies on Saturday night. All in all, a very pleasant stay. If coming with an EV car, consider checking the charging stations before arriving. They seemed a bit spread out and spares.

Future trip!

Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay during the dates we booked due to dangerous weather and road conditions. We reached out to Kinsie and we’re able to make some VERY last minute changes regarding our booking and she was extremely understanding and accommodating. We’ll be planning a trip for the summer hopefully and we look forward to finally seeing the house.

Cal Lutheran University Graduation Celebration

Great place four our family to get together and celebrate the graduation of our daughter from California Lutheran University. Kinsie (host) was gracious, friendly and did everything to make sure the residence was ready. Overall the residence was clean and ready to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi made a great entertainment for our family to enjoy. Close proximity to Cal Lutheran made it easy to get to/from the celebration with lots of food options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this residence and can't say enough of the helpfulness and friendliness of Kinzie the host. She was a delight.

We had a great time

Hoast was available and very nice. The house was a bit run down. I would change the cleaning lady, she is not doing a great job, lots of dust under the beds and pretty dirty cabinets in the kitchen. was the fact that House was well equipped, spa and TV in the back yard made it really fun for the kids. The house in next to the highway which did not bother us but it may bother others.

VRBO stay in Thousand Oaks

We wanted a place to stay that would be comfortable for the family. There was quite a few of us staying over night/10 and 8 additional coming from another location to participate in swimming/hot tub/family games and BBQ dinner Friday night. We were staying here to attend a college football game my son was playing in. It worked perfectly. When we did have an issue a simple text to the owner and they responded within 15 minutes with the answer to resolve the issue. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great get away for a family or group

While the location was great and the property did its job, Kinsie was the absolute star of this rental! She was extremely easy to work with and had a ton of recommendations. Would recommend looking into a new cleaning crew as there was a lot of dust and cobwebs as well as hair still in the shower when we checked in. We couldn't seem to get the air conditioning to work as it would always raise back up to the 80's during the night or while we were away. Other than the hospitality, the star of this rental is the outdoor space that lets you gather as a group and enjoy the California sun.

Family stay

Without a doubt, the house is great for a large family seeking utmost comfort. The host's exceptional helpfulness and genuine warmth added to our stay, as they were always prompt in their responses to our needs. Our purpose for staying was to be closer to a wedding venue in Camarillo, and boy, did we make the most of our time! The BBQ grill, pool, and spa turned our stay into an extraordinary experience. The kitchen surpassed all expectations, being more spacious than it appears in the pictures, making meal preparations a breeze. Moreover, the location couldn't have been better just a leisurely stroll away from shops and restaurants, making it a truly central hub for exploration and convenience. With great enthusiasm, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation experience. It was nothing short of exceptional!

Work Vacay

Location was perfect for our purposes Disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated and way to cold to enjoy as this was the reason we selected this particular Vrbo. Host provided instructions how to turn on heat, after we arrived and inquired about the temp, but the instructions referenced labels on the pool equipment that were not there and thus we didn’t feel comfortable trying. Plenty of towels - however host instructions (received after arrival) state that it was our responsibility to wash after use. No detergent was provided ( bottle was empty) to allow for this- thus we had to make additional arrangements to make sure we were able to clean.

Ruined birthday reunion

The property is filthy. We had to get someone to come clean cooking instruments. I have pictures. We had no air conditioning. We had no ice or ice maker. The oven was gross and the door fell off. There are ants and spiderwebs all over. Although fully stocked kitchen was indicated we had to buy condiments, etc. Filthy grill and not hooked up. Had ti have someone come clean and light. Pool gross with dead frogs. How do I get a refund please?

Great location, nice outdoor space

Overall the house was adequate, the outdoor space was nice, but several items either did not work or needed maintenance. The fire pit had no propane tank and the bbq igniter didnt work, so we had to use matches, which isnt a big deal, but for the cost of the rental a 15 dollar repair should be made. The house was not as clean prior to arrival as i would have liked. Kitchen was mostly stocked with what we needed but some items were basic items were lacking. The Ac is programmed and was difficult to maintain a comfortable temp in the house. Ants were everywhere, which in so cal ants are evwrywhere, but can be mitigated. I found spray and kept them at bay, but if things were left out for any time the ants attacked... Overall the deficiencys were not over whelming to us. But for some I could see them as a larger issue when paying a high rate to stay. Things could have been better for sure. I would consinder the house 3 stars and the back yard area 4 stars. The host was good with coms.

Great family home in TO!

Wonderful family home, host was very helpful in guiding us through the check in process and all instructions to operate the amenities (excellent hot tub!). Plenty of space and beds(there were 9 of us), and big tvs in every room. Will definitely want to rebook in the future.
