Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean house. Property is very well taken care of - nice front and backyard. Quiet neighborhood - a wonderful location in Newbury Park.

Our daughter was getting married near by, so this property was perfect for our needs. It has a a big clean kitchen, which we needed to finish assembly with the wedding cake. It also has a beautiful backyard with a pool and hot tub, but we were too busy with wedding events to enjoy that. Next time! Thanks Jeremy!

Our stay at this home was perfect. The property is located at a quiet and pleasant family-friendly neighborhood. The photos don’t do the house justice. It’s much more comfortable and homey than I expected. The kitchen is perfect and has everything you need. The pool was so fun, and the patio has great seating, a fire pit, and a grill. Definitely recommend this place!

We had a good time. Great location for getting together with family. Fridge need to be little cleaner. Floors too. Trundle bed to rocky to.sleep. front door lock needs to.be replaced. But all minor things and was great for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and nicely updated. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the spa was easy to heat. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there are lots of games in the cabinet for the kids.

The host was very responsive. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, well decorated, and had all we needed to cook our meals. Hot tub was a nice treat in the cool evenings. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing place to hang your hat!!! And to jump in the pool, hang with family, and watch the dogs frolic in the beautiful backyard. Nice open floor plan and incredible kitchen!!! We had the time of our lives, I would highly recommend this property!!!

Perfect Retreat

Great location within easy reach of the city and beaches. Very quiet residential location with nearby park, shops and restaurant. Family really enjoyed the good sized pool and spa and the outdoor area was a great place to relax. Well equipped throughout and a real home from home.
