Lovely remodeled single story house with unique style and WI-FI. Master bedroom with King size bed has a French door leads to an expansive/beautiful backyard with 4-holes golf putting. Other three bedrooms also offer king beds, two that feature a desk. Spacious living room (with one sofa/futon bed, 66"x37"), kitchen and dinning/office areas. Large covered patio with outdoor dinning and gym activities. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping malls. A quick 3-minute drive to the FWY. Great for family vacations, work, or long stays. Our home is close to parks, hiking trials, golf club, and the beach is only a 25 min ride through the canyon to Malibu.


Great curb appeal with palm trees, drought resistant turf grass, stone, and stamp concrete. Inside the house it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, together with new wood like flooring. This single story house has been recently remodeled with many new features. This house has a Spacious Living Room with recessed lights, an extra wide new patio sliding door that leads to a large covered patio (with recess lights) perfect for family entertaining, and an expansive backyard with picture perfect new turf grass and relaxing fruit trees.

The property was very nice with lots of room for our extended family to stay together. Loved having a large backyard so the kids could run off their energy. Our host was amazing and allowed family who had arrived early to check in early.

Adequate for our needs

The best parts of this property are that it has 4 bedrooms with king beds and 3 full bathrooms. The outdoor space in the back is a good spot to have morning coffee.

Very Spacious and Accommodating

The check-in process was very easy and Alex responded very quickly to all of my questions. The listing was very accurate. All rooms were spacious and had nice king size beds. There was more than enough seating for everyone in the dining and living room area. Everything was well kept and instructions were easy to follow. We got there early, and Alex allowed us to check-in early, which was really nice since we were exhausted from the drive. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Best in the Conejo Valley

Everything about this property was amazing. The property itself was one of the cleanest and nicest properties I've rented and appeared just like the pictures if not better. This place had everything we needed and was incredibly spacious with lovely kitchen, living area, rooms, backyard, and location. The host is really what set it apart for us too! The host is incredibly kind, responsive, accommodating, helpful, quick, and was such a joy to work with! If we had any questions or issues not only would he respond quickly, but also immediately resolve. He was extremely accommodating and we definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

The home was very close to what was depicted in the photos and descriptions. The availability of 3 full baths was an added bonus. The kitchen was well appointed although we mainly ordered in. There was one minor issue with the oven as the controls were confusing but we managed. the owner was communicative and responsive. One complaint is the only house number is painted in the curb on the street and when cars are parked and if arriving at night it is hard to know the address. I would recommend for them to add a lighted address sign either in the lawn or attached to the building for visibility and for 911 recognition or safety.

We recently stayed here and had a great time. The property is a bit dated and sits on a main street, but we loved that we all had our own room with a king bed, and it was close to everything we wanted to do on our family wedding weekend. It's a good place for the value.
