The bedrooms could have been cleaner and the floors needed to be swept. We could not get in the pool it was really dirty slightly green I was not letting my children get in that. We had a hard time sleeping the people above us let there kid run around all night and the people next to us had a dog bark all day. I went and bought new sheets because the ones in the king bed looked dirty and stained.

We had an amazing time in Pigeon Forge and loved this condo! It was very spacious and we had plenty of room for 4 teens and 2 adults. The kitchen was great to have and everything was easily accessible. The patio was a relaxing place to sit and relax after a long day at Dollywood. We all agree that when we return to the area we would love to stay here again. This is great for families and gave everyone a place to spread out. Colonial Properties made check in and check out an easy process and was very friendly to work with. We highly recommend booking with this company.

Stayed here during Thanksgiving weekend. Nice place quite for the most part (can here Dollywood on an occasion) short drive to the main drag. 10/10 would recommend

Wonderful cabin

We loved this property. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and out process. Perfect location for Dollywood and other attractions. Large space to accommodate a family. Loved the balcony porch view.

Last minute trip

We were able to book this condo the day before arrival. Location was nice, not too far from town but away from the congestion. Very roomy and as described. Colonial properties who handles the rental were fabulous!!!! Very simple arrival/check out process!!

Very nice place to enjoy family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the area!!! The toilet was loose from the floor and the water in the kitchen was very low. Could have been a little cleaner. Overall, loved the place and would definitely stay there again. Checking in and out was the easiest I have ever seen.

Dollywood getaway

The process was so easy. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels. Thanks for that! Water pressure was not that great but not that big of an issue. King bed was so comfortable. Will recommend to others.

Picture perfect.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the condo was perfect and it had everything that we needed. We drove up from Florida for a family baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken experience, and this condo is about seven minutes away from Cal Ripken field. In addition, it was directly next-door to Dollywood and just about 10 minutes from everything else. Our family had a great time and the condo is super clean. Plus, the king size bed was super comfortable.

Peaceful

We loved our stay at Cole's Condo. The condo was easily accessed from the parking lot with no steps. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the living room is large with comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The view of the mountains is amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Watching the sunset behind the mountains...priceless! We would definitely stay at Cole's Condo again!
