The well-equipped kitchen invites you to whip up your specialty utilizing the stainless steel appliances, gas range, and the oversized center island complete with a large concrete sink and breakfast bar seating for an authentic home-style stay. When you're ready to indulge in that tropical heatwave, the doors off the living area open right up to a lounge area with expansive greenery views on the covered lanai. Or, for a more quaint feel, sip a cup of coffee on one of the front porch's rocking chairs. When it's time to cool down, indulge in the home's AC, which is exceptional in all zones of the house. After a full day of exploration, you'll be grateful to come back home and unwind in the primary bedroom's spa-like bathroom with its elegant clawfoot bathtub, standalone rain shower, and dual vanities. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
