We traveled with four adults and two teenagers and the house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. Kevin was very responsive to any questions or needs that arose during our time in the house. The location is very convenient for nearby shops, beaches and restaurants. The pool was also nice to relax in after a day of taking in the sights and various activities around the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Each couple having their own room and bathroom was awesome. The pool was perfect. Kevin is an amazing host. He checked in on us and when we had an issue with the bbq he replaced it. The location is perfect and the house was amazing. The living and dining room were perfect for us to gather. We would absolutely stay again!!

The proximity to the greenway and beach was awesome. We loved the outdoor shower and pool after a day on the beach and the living spaces were perfect for our family.

This home was a fabulous find for my family (77 year old parents, me, and my young adult kids and their significant others). The description of the home and location and amenities was accurate and Kevin, the host, was very attentive and helpful. We stocked up at Costco and ate many meals at the house and played games at the kitchen table. The beds were comfortable and we loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. It was so nice to have a cart and beach chairs and boogie boards available for our use! The walk down to the beach was nice, although my parents sometimes preferred to make the short drive there instead. I would definitely stay here again.

Location location location! So close to walk to several kid friendly beaches. And what's not to love about a private pool! A couple grocery stores and JoJo's shave ice within driving distance. An entire kitchen to cook all your meals while still enjoying restaurants close by! We will be coming back again in the years to come!

I'm a little disappointed - yes, a house that is as popular as this is, is sometimes going to need a repair - like when a guest walks through a screen door! We are on it and repairs are made immediately. The electrical outlet the guest mentioned is controlled by a switch on the wall. The A/C in the bedrooms is programmed to turn off in the middle of the day when guests are out doing activities, but can be immediately turned back on. We have the highest electrical rates in North America. The County of Kauai just added a sidewalk and bike path to the nearby road - work should be wrapping up immediately. The house is fully air conditioned and the pool is heated to 86 degrees.

An excellent house, each bedroom with its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, and amazing backyard with private pool. Kevin was very responsive with our questions. It’s a spectacular location where you can walk along the greenbelt to Shipwreck, Poipu, and Brennecks beaches.

Thanks again Joe for having rented my home. You may not be aware that the torrential rain we experienced during your stay was unprecedented, at least in the 18 years I've been on island. Never-the-less, I was just on the roof recaulking the plumbing vent above the masted bath. As for the distance from the beach, I clearly state it is a 15 minute walk to Poipu Beach, and there few single family homes closer, and certainly none that are fully air conditioned with a heated pool.

We had a really great stay. It was nice to have the extra beach stuff to use during the trip. The house was so close to the beach and tidepool. Everyone appreciated having their own bathroom and the pool and out door shower was a huge plus.

The home is beautiful, easy to get to and walking distance to the beach. We all enjoyed the home so much that we have shared the listing with three other family’s that saw our vacation on social media and saw how beautiful the house was but how accommodating it was for my elderly parents as well and my 2 year old niece, 4 year old nephew, my 7 year old nephew as well as my brother his wife and I. Amazing stay, do recommend. Easy walk to the beach and easy access to the main roads.

This large home easily accommodated our family, 5 adults and 2 children. All 3 rooms have a bathroom plus an extra toilet off the kitchen. The pool is a nice size, the children aged 3 and 5 loved it. There are lots of pool toys and life jacket for the little ones. Shipwreck beach is an easy walk from the home and Poipu Beach is not much further. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We loved our stay! The home is just a few minutes from Poipu Beach, restaurants and shopping which was very convenient. Our family really appreciated all the beach toys and gear! It was nice to come home to our own little oasis in the backyard after a long day of swimming/snorkeling and exploring. The home is very clean, has all the amenities you would want and the owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Mahalo! :)

We liked it so much we came back.

The layout of this home is perfect for our crew. Four daughters stay together in the room with two queens. The pool is an excellent amenity allowing us to spend mornings at the beach and afternoons napping and poolside. We came three years ago and like it so much we came back. We also appreciate access to the walking path to the Grand Hyatt. We used beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and boogie boards from the house. We are looking forward to our third trip.
We walked to the Grand Hyatt property at least once a day.

We had the most amazing time at this home. Everyone room had an en-suite bath. The home was well equipped with everything you may need. The property is gorgeous and very private. Kevin is the owner of the property and lives nearby. I’m pretty sure he is a real life Angel! We had some issues with flight cancellations, car rental closed, and Kevin came to our rescue. We will definitely be back!

Close walk to beaches and some restaurants. House was big and spacious. Host was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Has all the essentials needed. Big back yard. House does have some deferred maintenance that doesn’t interfere with stay.

Great layout and amenities for a group

This property was great for our friends group getaway. Plenty of room to socialize or have privacy. We loved the tiny exquisite pool and drinks on the deck overlooking it. Location is ideal to walk to beaches, restaurants, and large resort pool. As others have mentioned there is a bit of deferred maintenance and traffic noise (as the main road is on the other side of a wall), but neither bothered us much. Kevin was extremely responsive and accommodating.
