Ce condo Ocean Front 3Ăšme Ă©tage entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ© est situĂ© dans le complexe de faible hauteur populaire Kona Reef (UnitĂ© A26). À quelques pas de l'ocĂ©an et du parc de la plage de sable blanc Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Il se trouve Ă  3 minutes Ă  pied des magasins, des marchĂ©s ouverts et des restaurants de la ville pittoresque de Kailua-Kona. Il y a un parking gratuit pour les locataires (ouvert ou couvert), des ascenseurs, la climatisation et un accĂšs Internet DSL sĂ©curisĂ© (WIFI).

Le complexe Kona Reef propose une piscine d'eau salée en bord de mer, un jacuzzi / bain à remous, des barbecues à gaz et un coin repas au bord de la piscine.

Perfect beachfront amazing view!

This places was amazing it had lots of extras, beach items, kitchen accessories, spices. Short walk to town. We loved this place and will def come back.

Fabulous condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Bruce's condo. It was exactly as depicted and described. Everything we needed for our five night stay was provided, there were even snorkel gear and boogie boards for our use. The balcony was wonderful, we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view of the surf.

Walking distance to many great restaurants big plus. Beautiful view for sunsets. Loved all the extras for beach, such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more! Would definitely return! Well stocked kitchen also very helpful!

Excellent location and views!!

Couldn’t ask for a better view on the private lanai located in walking distance to many of the stores and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (14 days), including pool and hot tub on site. A great little beach right next door. Watched spinner dolphins while drinking our morning coffee right from the lanai!

Great patio, nothing between it and the shoreline. Sunset over the water. The unit was fine, bring coffee. Small rocky beach next to the property, good for getting wet. Pool area is nice. Surfing out front most days. Nothing really walkable.

A great location.

We stayed for 5 nights in Bruce’s condo in Kona-Kailua. It was well equipped with everything we needed to make our trip comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We got use of the pool on several occasions. Restraunts and shops within walking distance. The view is spectacular! I would recommend this property.

Amazing location with great views and amenities!

Overall the condo felt like our little home on the Big Island! We were very impressed with the location and the views from the oceanfront balcony were amazing! Also we really appreciated all of the stuff available in the condo - beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, appliances, washer/dryer - everything we needed for a great vacation! The area had so many great things within walking distance - restaurants, shopping and the farmers market (and Walmart/Costco was a short drive!). Also the host was super quick to respond to our request and other questions. A great place to stay!

Great location & amenities

It was our first time to the Big Island! This was a perfect location. We had everything and more in the condo- little things like zip lock bags and big things like plenty of extra towels, comfortable bedding, & laundry detergent. We appreciated the condiments in the fridge and water-filter pitcher. We had a car so we could visit other beaches, but we also walked to the main drag for dinner and drinks. So glad we stayed here!

5 Star Stay! Location is beautiful, waves constantly breaking, views are spectacular! Super clean, quiet and absolutely everything you need is in this condo. The beach chairs are able to hold a lot and are a joy to use. Property is beautifully and quietly maintained, along with the sparkling pool and grill areas. This will be your new get away place in Kona! Great communication with the owner, lots of information and everything we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Well appointed condo in absolutely amazing location!

As soon as we walked in and heard the surf we knew we’d picked the right place for our stay. The lanai is as good as it gets for oceanfront coffee, sunset cocktails, and everything in between. The complex has a nice pool, hot tub, and grill area that we enjoyed using. The condo itself is updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry for a week’s stay (and longer of only we could). The complex is a short walking distance to downtown Kailua-Kona restaurants, shops, and bars, and there is a beautiful little public beach next door. What more could you need!

Great place. Clean. Cozy. Well stocked. Almost every conceivable utensil in the kitchen. Everything works. Nice extras like snorkel equipment and boogie boards. Lanai is very private overlooking beautiful rocky cove. Had breakfast and dinner every day out there. Bruce is a great host that gave us all the info we needed for our stay. I hope to stay there again next trip to the Kona coast.

On the water views

Enjoyed being within 100ft of the shoreline from our room. Unobstructed 180 ocean views. The property is tired and in need of lots of lip stick ( paint, loose walkway tiles. When you run this many people through a condo complex it requires a commitment to maintain it at a desirable level. This high level of commitment is absent at Kona Reef. If you have to say the words “it’s not that bad”, it needs work and is that bad. If the property condition matched its location with ocean front living It would be a winner. Tough love from an honest guest

Hawaiian Delight!

The view is AMAZING! The owners were responsive and gave us lots of information about the condo and the area. They were available if more information was needed. The condo is nicely updated with all the basics you need to start your vacation. Already had paper towels, dishwasher tabs, zipper bags, spices, some condiments, etc... The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage. We also liked that there was Chromcast as well as a cable tv option. The complex is very well maintained and has a lovely pool and grill area. We have stayed at the Kona Reef resort previously and this condo is one of the best in the complex. The location of this condo is also a big plus! You can walk to town where you will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, shave ice, gelato and so much more. We hope to return again soon!

Karrie is originally from Mililani, Hi on the island of Oahu. After 30+ years she's slowly making her way back to Hawaii.

We chose the Big Island for it's more relaxed/laid back atmosphere, not to mention the many activities available on the Big Island.

Kona Reef Condos was the logical choice for a vacation rental location. Easy access to the entire Big Island as well as easy walking distance to downtown Kailua, Kona (it's shops, restaurants and Farmer's Market), as well as the beaches and other activities along Alii Drive.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Kona Reef complex comes with a well maintained Jacuzzi and swimming pool, gas grills and a central outdoor dining area with free wifi.

Our unit is located right on the ocean front. The lanai lets you enjoy relaxing or eating while watching the surfers, sea turtles, whales and spinner dolphins or possibly just a front row seat for the Hawaiian sunset.

We try and make our place feel a bit more like a home than just someplace you would rent to stay in. We provide those little extras like snorkle gear, a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sunscreen, boogie boards, even a pair of binoculars to get a better view of the ships as they sail past. For those needing internet access we have a private, secured wifi router for use inside our unit or on the lanai.
