Desert Pool Retreat

This beautiful Deseret Pool Retreat is located just minutes from all things in Mesquite. From golf courses, casinos, restaurants, outdoor recreation and a baseball park directly across the street. You can enjoy all the fun in Mesquite or drive 30 minutes to St. George and Zions area, Another option for some fun is Las Vegas is only 83 miles away. However if you'd prefer to just relax by the pool, This house is perfect for that, with its large outdoor living space, private pool with slide and basketball hoop it's great for some family fun. The pool is naturally warmer in the summer months. If you'd like the pool heated there will be an additional charge per day depending on ambient temps. If you choose to heat the pool it must be for your entire stay.
The home has a large furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms, along with a day bed in the front room. This home Accommodates 9 guests comfortably.
Another bonus is you will have the home to yourself. There is no live in residents.

Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in a perfect location—close to restaurants, groceries, and a large park. Check-in was quick and easy, and the owner was wonderful to work with, even reaching out beforehand when I forgot to complete the agreement.I stayed with my husband and our three kids (ages 3, 5, and 7), and the pool was definitely the highlight. The large shallow section (about one foot deep) was perfect for our youngest, and there’s a spacious outdoor area to relax in as well. The house was clean, comfortable, and checkout was just as simple as check-in.I’d recommend this house to anyone, but it was especially perfect for a family with young kids like ours.

Great house for a group of golfers.

Central to pretty much everything. Neighborhood could be a little nicer but felt safe and nice ballparks and recreational facilities across the street. This property was comfortable and well managed. Not a huge fan of all the camera's outside but understand why they are there. All in all would highly recommend the property and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect baseball tourney location

Our grandson played in a baseball tournament right across the street from the house. So fantastic to have the spacious house and great pool right there. Lots of room in the house, comfortable beds, well appointed, great kitchen, huge outdoor space. We’ll stay here again!

Golf Weekend

Perfect property for our guys trip. Convenient location, close to EVERYTHING. Very comfortable place to stay. Only issue was the air conditioning doesn’t seem to work in the Primary Bedroom. We will be back!

Great Escape

My family and I stayed here for spring break. The house met our needs beautifully; it’s spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for swimming, eating, and relaxing. We also brought our bikes and went on several town rides. Being within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and playgrounds was also really great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is our second time at this house. It fits nine adult woman comfortably. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. Lindsay had been great to work with. Of course, the pool is the perfect cherry on top. Well maintained and some floaties provided.

Ladies golf week

The house is centrally located and very comfortable. It is on the other side of the fence from a commercial area, which you can see, but the back deck is very comfortable looking. It just happened to be an unusually cold week, so we stayed inside when we were home. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable.

Awesome House

We loved this place. It is clean and spacious and close to everything. Our kids loved the pool and the a/c runs nice and cold in the hot Mesquite desert. Lindsey is a super attentive host! We would love to stay here again in the future.
