Enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in this NEW & LUXURY 3B/3B/3C garage home! Enjoy a top tier 7 person SPA and a front porch with mountain views. A cut above with stylish furnishings & tranquil outdoor seating including a covered patio, fire-pit & putting green. Enjoy themed dĂ©cor in the bedrooms which include 2 Primary Suites w/ensuite baths, large showers & walk-in closets. Each has a 55â TV with a 70â above the family room fireplace. Fully stocked and ready for your stay.
* Base fee is for 6 guests.
*Security cameras have been placed in the front entry facing the street and in the garage. No cameras are present in any indoor or outdoor living area.
* Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property ($500 fine if evidence of either is found upon checkout) and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. If you do have a service animal for a disability, we would appreciate prior communication. Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.
* There is a possibility of construction noise until all homes in the neighborhood have been completed.
* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $500 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.
*Because of the hot tub and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the hot tub. Thank you.
YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: Our unique floor plan offers two primary suites with 55" smart TVs, attached baths, and walk-in closets. Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep four adults separately with our convertible king to 2, XL twin bed configuration in one of the guest rooms. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.
Bathrooms: Our three bathrooms, one attached to each primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum.
Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Oil, coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.
Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large, 70" screen streaming TV.
YOUR OUTOOR SPACE -
HOT TUB: Brand new, 8 Person, Luxury Platinum Spa with Blue Tooth, LED lights, and water features.
FIRE PIT AND DINING TABLE: Our fire pit table is perfect for conversations, drinks and dinner as you stay warm in an inviting atmosphere.
PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.
YARD GAMES: Turf and space is provided for outdoor games. Enjoy our cornhole game and other outdoor games found in the garage.
VIEW: We have great views of the Virgin Valley Mountain from the front and the desert bluff views in the back yard. Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.
PARKING: We offer free parking in our 3 car garage, with additional spots in our driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 72 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.
Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.
Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.
Sun Fire Retreat is located in a popular and sought after community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, it is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.
Although Mesquite is a wonderful place to walk and get exercise, you will want a car for getting to the store, restaurants, golf courses, etc.
