THIS IS THE ONLY REAL AND VERIFIED LISTING OF THIS PROPERTY.
We are equipped to host a maximum of 14 overnight adult guests. The villa has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is set up with 1 king bed. Four other bedrooms have 2 queen beds each. Each bedroom has its own en suite full bathroom. Yes, we know we physically can host more than 14 guests, however, for the comfort and safety of everyone including our villa staff, we do not allow more than 14 guests at any time. Thank you for your understanding.
BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL WITH EN SUITE FULL BATHROOMS):
BEDROOM 1: 2 QUEEN BEDS
BEDROOM 2: 2 QUEEN BEDS
BEDROOM 3: 1 KING BED
BEDROOM 4: 2 QUEEN BEDS
BEDROOM 5: 2 QUEEN BEDS
The expansive pool deck envelopes a refreshing swimming pool with jacuzzi (heated!), and a plethora of outdoor seating and dining area. Finding a leisurely spot to kick your feet up and relax is not hard to do at this perfectly serene villa in the heart of all that Casa de Campo has to offer.
STAFF:
-2 full time staff who work 8am-5pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Private maidâs quarters.
RESORT FEE: Not included in the nightly rate is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of resort amenities and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.
Per person, per night current rates are:
$30/adult (ages 13 and older)
$15/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age
This is unrelated to the booking with the owner of this property and is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival to the resort. Thank you for your understanding.

HÎte : Nathan Bailey
Nathan was born and raised in Naples, FL. He moved to upstate NY when he was a kid and pursued Culinary Arts in NYC. His family has been visiting the Dominican Republic for 40+ years. Micaela was born and raised north of Boston in a small coastal town. She moved to the DR in 2014 after meeting Nathan at his restaurant in Casa de Campo. We love it so much here, we got married in Casa de Campo in 2020. We rent out a few of our homes here in Casa de Campo and a new condo we just acquired in Las Terrenas as we love to share our little slice of paradise so others can enjoy it just as much as we do! Nathan is also fluent in Spanish so feel free to message us in either English or Spanish and we will be happy to help your vacation rental/stay run smoothly!
