This charming 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom overlooks the beautiful Lake Wissota. Enjoy your evenings around the fire pit or curled up with a book on the screened in porch. This newly renovated apartment lies at the base of the Wissota High Shores Supper Club on Lake Wissota, but less than five miles to the heart of downtown Chippewa Falls, and features a full kitchen and living area to enjoy. Easy access to public boat landings, walking distance to Ray’s Beach for swimming and picnics, close golf course, and a short distance to Hwy 53, Hwy 29, and I-94.

Beautiful Apartment with benefit of excellent restaurant above.

This is a unique VRBO as it sits right below the Wissota High Shores Supper Club. The two bedroom apartment had an excellent stocked kitchen and clean bedrooms and bathroom. The screened-in porch overlooks the lake and has glass windows if it's windy to make this a very comfortable spot for morning coffee. Boaters to the restaurant come up from the restaurant's docks to enjoy the supper club, so you get a little traffic, but not annoying at all. A firepit (not exclusive to the apartment) provided a great opportunity to enjoy one of our evenings by a warm fire. While there are plenty of activities to do around Lake Wissota and Chippawa Falls, we enjoyed biking the Old Abe State Bike Trail nearby. Although this sits below the supper club, we never heard noise from the crowd - even with a full outside deck of customers. The staff at the restaurant were also very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed an excellent meal at the supper club and the morning bloody marys were tasty too! I would recommend this apartment and would definitely book it again!

Beautiful location

A nice comfortable place to stay with an amazing supper club upstairs. We were happy that the noise wasn’t bad and it did not feel too intrusive to be in such close proximity. We could definitely hear diners upstairs through the vents, but by 10pm it was quiet even on Saturday night. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The one thing I would say is that if you are a coffee lover like us, maybe bring your own travel mug because the tea cups provided were comically tiny. We would definitely recommend staying here and if you do, do not miss dinner at High Shores supper club!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was the perfect location for us, as we were visiting family close by. The porch was our favorite spot. Beautiful breeze and beautiful view.

Nice view and clean, but noisy

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in our stay here. We are confused by the 5 star reviewers that have stated you cannot hear any activity at the supper club upstairs. That is simply untrue. There was loud foot noise all evening and you can hear them scooping ice out of a cooler until 10 pm, as if they were doing it right in the rental kitchen. At the supper club’s 10 p.m closing time, you can hear loud deck furniture being drug across the floor above your bedroom. This continues on until 11:30 p.m, along with the foot traffic. It kept me away and also woke my toddler up. We ended up leaving a night earlier than planned because we wanted to get a good night’s sleep. The rental was very bare
 no welcome note or instruction booklet, no extra or complimentary coffee/filters, sugar, etc
 no paper towel, no toaster.. the coffee cups are very small, 6 oz cups, the soap dispensers were just about empty, and no extra blankets or pillows on the living room couches. It felt very hotel-like, except way more expensive. It also smells like cooking oil and salad bar throughout the entire rental. People are walking and sitting outside the windows all afternoon/evening, so privacy is out of the question. When we realized we didn’t have any extra bedding for my son or a toaster for the morning, the owner did offer to bring some by, so we do appreciate that. When we passed on having them come that night, they came by, unannounced the next afternoon with 1/4 roll of paper towel, a toaster and blankets. We had zero issues with the owner; the place was just was not for us. If you tend to stay up until 11:30, bring extra amenities yourself and don’t mind people around, this would be a decent stay as the view is very nice and it is a clean place.

Perfectly wonderful!

My friend and I were looking for a last minute escape for the 4th of July weekend, and we were so pleased to find this little gem! Everything was perfect - from the location, to the views, to the apartment amenities, the restaurant staff, and the host/owner were all absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed meeting the people that came to dinner at the Supper Club by boat, but the foot traffic was in no way overwhelming or intrusive. Each morning we enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch and the docks, and every evening we enjoyed cocktails by the fire pit under the thousands of stars. We ate lunch and dinner at the Supper Club as well (try the fish and chips!) We couldn't have asked for a better stay, and we will absolutely be back! Thanks to Heidi, Laura, and Mary Beth for their lovely restaurant service and friendly conversations throughout the weekend as well!

Relaxing Lakefront Getaway

We loved morning coffee on the screened in porch overlooking Lake Wissota! There were five of us in our group and we comfortable fit in this 2-bedroom condo. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you might need for a relaxing weekend. During our stay in Chippewa Falls we visited many of sites close to this property including Ray’s Beach, Leinenkugel Brewery, and Irvine Park. While we didn’t have a boat there were docks available. We had an amazing lunch and dinner at Wissota High Shores Supper Club which is above the condo. Even with the restaurant above we never heard any noise. After dinner we enjoyed some drinks around the fire. We would recommend this condo to anyone, and we cannot wait for our next visit!

Great property

Our group included four adults and two children and this property served us well. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the location on the lake was excellent. We rented a pontoon boat one day (from a different location) and it worked out well to use the docks at the property. You do encounter traffic from the supper club but everyone was nice and it wasn’t overwhelming. The supper club was fabulous and we enjoyed dinner there twice. I would highly recommend this property!
