Cozy Waterfront Home in Swann Keys

Welcome to the waterfront community of Swann Keys! Our home is clean, smoke free and child friendly. With close proximity to the beach, and water access directly in the backyard, it doesn't get much better than this. Beautiful bamboo wood flooring through the main living area of this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Relax in the spacious sunroom just off the primary bedroom, with stunning views of the scenic canal, or enjoy the covered rear deck.

Our Space:
Kitchen- There is breakfast bar with stools and all of the cooking conveniences you should expect; clean appliances, quality pots and pans, cooking utensils, knife set, flatware and matching dish set. Pepper, salt and catch-up are also stocked.

Dining Room- There are two dinning tables in the dinning area; one large dinning table can accommodates 8 people and other one can accommodates 6 people. Is good for family dinner and game night.

Living Room- Brand new sofa and smart TV are located in the living room for family.

Laundry Room- Washing machine and drying machine are available

Parking- There are two driveway parking and two off-street parking

Private Dock- The house is in the canal, we have a private deck in back of the house.

You will have great restaurant and other attractions within minutes of drive. There is free beaches drive 2 miles away or 6 miles to Ocean City, Md. boardwalk. You will also enjoy Delaware Seashore State Park. If you are from out-of-state, you have to check out Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach about 30 minutes drive away.

Great location with plenty of amenities that were important to my family: close proximity to beach, pool, pickleball court, basketball court, dogs allowed, close to driving range. House fully equipped that I really didn’t need to bring half the things I did. Property owner very responsive.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and some friends went to Swann Keys for a long weekend and we had the nicest time. The house was very nice and located nicely on the canal. We will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful place to relax

We had an amazing time. Very peaceful and the kids enjoyed the community pool. We also went to the beach a few times which is like 15 mins away and enjoyed the boardwalk every night since we were so close. Got to experience a few nice restaurants around town too. Truly recommend this property and location.

Enjoyed our stay

Helen was very responsive. Property is clean, comfortable and is dog friendly. Canal view is nice. Pool is short walk down the street. Can bike to beach/go karts /mini golf. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioning works well. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Helen!

Helen is awesome.

We have been here half a dozen times by now and always have a great time. There was an issue with the AC unit one day and when we contacted Helen about it, she responded within five minutes! She immediately addressed the situation and it was taken care of quickly. We will be returning, for sure.

[What an amazing time my family and I had. The home was clean and the host was friendly and had the home set up with pleanty of cleaning supplies,tp and paper towels, soaps, shampoos,etc. in each bathroom. What a nice and helpful surprise. The set up of the rooms were excellent. The veiw and back deck put this rental over the edge. So relaxing. Community Pool was clean and big. Neighbors were friendly. Home smelled nice with no mildew or pet smell. Which is great because its pet friendly a great added bouns. What a nice community. Close to OCM beaches and attractions. If you go to beach in ocm go to the 142 street beach in ocm off of coastal highway. Another highlight is its a Great location for a group of golfers looking for a nice place to stay; its close to many of the finest courses around. So if its Beach or just golf or both great rental to look into. Thank you to our host Helen for a nice stay. Will be bookimg again.

My family and four dogs stayed at this rental on the canal for a few nights. We really liked the waterfront view, great quality kitchen appliances/stocked cabinets, community pool, walks around the neighborhood with dogs (admiring its serene and peaceful atmosphere), hot showers, central A/C, large parking spaces, living/ dining room furniture, etc. I expressed to the host a few concerns which she addressed or will address for the next renter. One being the master bedroom had broken floor panels and floated as you walked on them. I felt this was super unsafe for our toddler since it was coming apart. Helen gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience which I didn’t prompt so I thought that was nice customer service. Also, there was not full bath tub so Helen noted to make that clear in her rental details. Helen was very communicated during our stay and helped us with any questions.This home is one level with upgrades done to make it feel like a cozy beach home.

Family vaca with boat

We enjoyed our stay. There were 2 kayaks available to use which was a nice surprise. We took our boat. Had to search under weeds to find a tie up cleat, only 1. The pilings had steel bolts on them and were exposed so had to use our bumpers on them. 4 thermostats in the house but 2 for AC. Two front bedrooms were very hot. No fans. Only 2 bedrooms had a bureau for clothes. Kitchen not well equipped. Did have paper products & detergent though. There is an issue with ants that will be treated. Very nice neighborhood and quiet, plenty of parking at house,
about 5 cars. Helen was quick to respond to emails

Needs some TLC

Overall was a nice place to stay
. But there are a few things that need to be taken care of. The dishwasher started leaking the second time we used it. The knob to turn on the water fell off in one of the showers. It still worked but we had to put it on and take it off every time we used it. There was white dog hair all over the place
 needed a better cleaning. It was neat and mostly clean but we have small kids and their toys would roll under the couch and when we grabbed them they would be covered in dust and hair. Their feet were also very dirty after running around the house. The yard needs to be cleaned up there were a lot of huge weeds that looked like they had been there a while. The owner is very nice and responsive which I appreciated. Just need to take care of these things and would be a lot nicer.

Convenient for kayaking

Owner very responsive. The community is a modular home canal property community and the ramp to board our kayaks was less than 2 min ride ( or5 min walk) to end of street. Very easy for that early morning or late night ride. The owner really made the inside of home very inviting- large open space for eating and cooking and lounging. On my end, two bedrooms and bath. The other end of the home was a deck, large sunroom with sofas and a bed and then a glass door and another bedroom and a bath. We used the two bedrooms and the one bed in the room and no one slept in sunroom bed. You have to go by the person in bed from sunroom bed to use bathroom, so that set up is great for parents and 2 children, but 4 adults in that space would feel weird ( unless it was a group of friends who didn’t care). We loved having the neighborhood pool just up the street again less than 5 min walk. We all agreed we would go back again. Beaches were 12-15 minutes away. Felt it was great for kayaking, pool and beach.

Great Week

Property was well appointed, clean, and had plenty of bright light. Especially pleased the place had not only linens and such, but the kitchen was well equipped and included some of the basics that I did not have to buy. Very comfortable. Easy access to beaches in Fenwick, Ocean City and Assateague.

Great family vacation

Helen was very accommodating as we had family members arriving early. The home was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nice surprise to see there were 2 kayaks for our use. The pool was within walking distance from the home, just remember to take the fob to get in. The AC was very efficient and we never ran out of hot water. The only glitch is the little patches of grass needed to be cut. Overall this was a memorable experience. Thanks Helen

The house is was very clean (cleaned right before we got there, and the cleaning service came as we were leaving on the 4th day. The owner was easy to contact and responded as soon as possible. The restaurants and attractions were only 10-30 minutes away. Small quiet beach nearby. Would love to stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

Cozy home. Well equipped but needs a can opener. :) canal is narrow when boats are parked on both sides but having a close, private ramp is wonderful. Beautiful weather. Really enjoyed our week. The owners were very responsive!
