Ocean City - Montego Bay - Beautiful comfort. Summer and off season rentals

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath.. All new vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Your own private screened porch, complete with fridge, picnic table, and even a grill to enjoy some summer cookouts. You will love the new living room with great sunset views right from the couch. Just being in the place gives you a comfortable relaxed feeling.

There are 4 bikes available for your use while enjoying your stay.

The neighborhood has 2 pools 2 tennis courts There is a fishing boardwalk directly into the bay.
Grocery store, several bars and restaurants including Duffy’s Tavern, The Crab Bag, AlleyOops,
Albertinos, and one of my favorites hidden gems Cafe Mirage are all within a mile and a half with no need to go on the Main Street.

North side park is a huge multipurpose park with walking//bike trail, outdoor gym, picnic area, and huge play ground for kids as well as a very long pier for fishing and crabbing. The park also offers a kayak and stand up paddle board rental hut, and Sundays in the park with ice cream and drone show.

We are returning guests. Joe is a great owner and operator. Any issues, he handles them ASAP. We stay off season frequently and bring our pup with us. Very accommodating and friendly.

This review is very mixed. Number 1- this is a single wide trailer that has been nicely decorated on the inside but is also very cramped in the bedrooms. We were unaware that it was a trailer and members of our party ( 3 adult couples) were quite upset- there are no exterior pictures. One bedroom is roomy, the bunk room is adequate and the room with the king trundle is too small for such a large bed ( you have to crawl out of the end to get out) and the barn style doors leave a gap. There are no closets to hang anything. The porch is a nice addition but it is dirty and the doors don’t close well so we had problems with flies.The kitchen was nice and was well supplied.The area was nice and we found a lot to do

Second time renting this property and loved it again! Location is quiet, home is neat and tidy, love that games and bikes. Great location and we prefer North Ocean City. We will definitely rent again!

Great place and location!

My husband and I along with our dogs had a great week at this property. Newly renovated inside and kitchen had all basic necessities. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Location is great and walkable to shopping, restaurants and Northside Park. Would highly recommend this property.

Beach Trip 2025

We enjoyed our stay! Place was perfect for our family. Convenient location to Dog Friendly Beach- Fenwick Island. Kids enjoyed Alley Oops! Harpoon Hanna is always our favorite restaurant when in town!! We didn’t get a chance to check out the community pool, but we liked the quiet neighborhood for walking our dog! Can’t wait to come back!

I loved this property! There is a reason why so many excellent reviews. Joe was very responsive and we will definitely stay again. I loved his home and it brought me back to my childhood back when Montego Bay was mostly trailers. The inside was adorable and had everything we could need. I can’t wait to book again!!

Clean, comfortable and quiet place to relax

This place was perfect for our stay with our dog. The place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a beautiful multi-purpose city park right outside the entrance to the neighborhood. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Ten minute drive to downtown O.C. and all the activities along the boardwalk. Short drive to Assateague Island and the wild ponies. Would definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend Getaway

This is a great property! Very nicely updated and very clean. Loved the screened in outdoor area to enjoy morning coffee. The host was vey easy to work with and responded quick to any questions I had. If you are looking for a property in a cute community away from the craziness of the high rises, then this is an ideal choice.

Great little place

No hassle check-in or check-out. Wonderful little porch area with picnic tables for us to eat some crabs on. House was comfortable for our party (2 adults, 1 7 year-old). Would stay again unless OC's bizarre housing restrictions make a weekend stay impossible.

Wonderful Time in OC

My family needed a VRBO for Ocean City in April and this location was perfect. Plenty of space for us and the house was clean and recently remodeled. Highest recommendation!

Nice and easy

This was a very quiet and restful stay. As a single/widowed mom who works alot of hours, needed something close to the convention center. This was such a great location, not to close where all the tourists are and not too far where it will take lots of gas and time to get there. It was just great overall. And i could save money by buying groceries and cooking.

The place was great, in a quiet area. Everything was great, it’s a 15 minute walk to the beach, close to some great restaurants- everything we wanted was within 15 minutes drive.

Unit has been extensively updated on the interior, very nice. It had everything we needed: good location, pets allowed, second half bath was a great bonus. Owner was very easy to contact and access was very simple. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful Little Place

We stayed in the off-season so no beach weather, but there was a conference to attend. This little house offered a wonderful home base. It was well equipped and everything worked. The porch was very nice when it was raining/sleeting/hailing/snowing and you could hear all of the wintry mix hitting the metal roof. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. I slept better here than I normally do at home. Joe was easy to work with and very helpful.

Impeccably clean accommodations! This spacious home is a perfect vacation place for a family. Thanksgiving at the Beach

Our stay was perfect! The interior of the place is light and open, updated and nicely decorated. The host took care of everything we needed. We used the bikes to bike to the beach and they were in great shape. It was me, my husband, our two adult sons and our pets and there was plenty of space for all of us. The host was extremely responsive to all of our needs.
