Spacious and decorated in stylish greys and blues and with sweeping views over the Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa in the distance, you will love making this your base for your upcoming trip to Dubai. Featuring a modern kitchen equipped with everything you may need to make your meals at home, which you can then enjoy on your dining table for four or out on your ginormous terrace overlooking the water. The living room has a divine L-shaped lounge pointed towards your big screen smart TV making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day out sightseeing. The bedrooms feature a King Bed and two Singles in the other fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft and ample wardrobe space. The bathrooms also have Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities.
The building also features a gymnasium, swimming pool and one private on site car park.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
