This is also where you will find the majority of the city's apartment buildings. This neighborhood is separated from its neighbors by the Al Quoz 2 neighborhood.

Residents of Sobha Waves Tower have access to convenient parking spaces located outside the townhouses and villas, allowing for up to two cars to be parked. Visitors can also find parking spaces outside the villas.

Several bus stops are conveniently located near Sobha Hartland, including Nad Al Shiba, Emirates NBD bus stop, Dubai Polo Club bus stop, Dubai Country Club bus stop, Aden Street 1 bus stop, Ras Al Khor 1-2 bus stop, and Ras Al Khor, Mubarak Trans. 2 bus stop. These bus stops can be reached within an 8 to 11-minute drive by car.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR SOBHA WAVES TOWER -
For those preferring metro travel, Creek Metro Station on the green line is just a short 12-minute drive away. While personal conveyance is commonly used within the community, residents can also conveniently book taxis via the RTA app or utilize ride-hailing services such as Careem or Uber for transportation needs within and beyond the gated community.
