Set sail to this beautifully updated Island gem! Emerald Isle boasts 2 covered decks, 2 living areas, a private dune walkover, elevator, beachfront Gulf views, and easy beach access. This Sandhill Shores rental is sure to be a new family favorite!

Inside, the spacious open floor plan and neutral decor with pops of coral create a bright and airy living space. Walls of windows flank both sides of two seating areas, complete with comfortable furnishings for the whole family. The banquette style dining table seats 8, and takes advantage of the beachfront views. The chef’s kitchen boasts a 6-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, great storage, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4, perfect for serving or eating casual meals.

Unpacking is easy with the residential elevator that stops at every level. Every bedroom faces the Gulf and boasts direct deck access. Step out onto either large covered deck to lounge with your drink of choice while watching the waves roll in. On the main level, the large primary king suite is a relaxing escape with its own TV, wall of windows, and double vanity en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Four additional bedrooms are tucked away upstairs, including two queen bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 twins, and a bunk room. The kids and teens will love the second living room on the upper level, perfect for morning cartoons or late movie nights.

Plenty of seating and outdoor dining furniture make it easy to enjoy your beachfront view at any time of day. Ready for fun in the sun? Make the short walk over your private dune walkover to get some sand under your feet!

Rick’s Beach Rentals is another West End favorite for renting golf carts, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach wheelchairs and more. They’ll drop off & pick up right at your beach house, so all you have to do is enjoy!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Thanksgiving stay
Beds and bedding adequate. House lacked beach items for people who travel by air. Also really minimal toiletries and cleaning supplies. Overall nice house but limited amenities for those traveling by plane.
