The home was cheery, free of clutter. The iron bed frames is a real plus for any wheelchair bound visitor using a hoyer lift to transfer into bed. The frame easily accoomodates the lift.

What a great property in a great location. This was one of the most well appointed properties that I have every stayed in. The location is great, being close to the park and to the public golf course was awesome. It is also walking distance to a few restaurants.

Lovely weekend getaway

We stayed in the Bear Lake Cabin during a recent family reunion in Payson. It was a very convenient location, close to the lake, golf course and main street. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable.

Stay at Bear Lake Cabin

Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home. Loved the decor and freshness of the home. Easy accomodations to get to and close to everything we needed in Payson. Would highly recommend and we hope to use again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

This property is beautiful - exactly like in the pictures. It has everything we needed and is expertly decorated - such a welcoming environment. The neighborhood is nice and has some very beautiful homes. The back covered patio is a relaxing morning coffee perch. The host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Modern, cozy cabin

The Modern Bear Lake Cabin was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean. It was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Panoramic Payson

The property manager responded very quickly each time I messaged. The home sits on a hill with beautiful panoramic views. It was clean and updated and very easy to get to hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. I would definitely stay in this home again if we travelled to Payson again.

Wonderful stay in Payson

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Payson. The townhouse is beautiful; exactly as shown on the VRBO website & included everything we needed for our stay. We had a little trouble checking in, but the manager was right on it & got things corrected quickly. (Thanks so much!) The location could not be better. It's an easy walk to the Green Valley lake/park, which is a beautiful area for morning & evening walks. We would definitely rent this property again.

Place was clean and very modern. Great location and easy to get to all Payson has to offer. Walking to the lakes and park was wonderful!! The screens on both sliders are do for rollers and the ice maker and water in the fridge didn’t work. Loved Payson.

Lake cabin

The cabin was relatively clean. We did have an issue with only 1 of the 2 bathroom showers working. This made it tricky with 4 people, and 2 of them teenagers. Overall we had a nice stay. The beds were pretty comfy, and the location was perfect for our family reunion right up the road.

House clean and easy in and out. To bad no BBQ grill or hot tub. Could use bug spray for outside deck and no view of the lake do to overgrown trees. Also should advise guests of what kind of coffee maker is on premises. Great time and very beautiful location. Good job.

Hi Joseph, thank you for staying. You are right, we don't have a BBQ grill or spa, or lake views. We do not advertise any of these amenities, nor is the property priced as though these amenities are available. We also do have the property advertised as having a drip coffee maker only.

Property did not have enough garbage bags/liners and very limited kitchen supplies. Also did not realize it was a duplex. Would have liked to have screen doors on the back so we could enjoy the cool air a bit more. Property worked out well for our needs. Thx!

Lovely house in Payson

The house was clean and had very easy clean up instructions when you leave. We appreciated that there wasn't lots to do on the way out. There were two of us and the place was very spacious. We enjoyed the back patio for morning coffee. The only reason I couldn't give five stars is that a car was parked in the carport and we weren't told that would be the case. I reached out to the contact and they never got back to us about the truck being parked there. It would have been helpful to have a heads up. I would highly recommend staying here. You'll enjoy your stay!

Mother's Day get-away

There is usually a notebook that provides information about the property and there was none here. I couldn't understand how to operate the heating system and could not take the chill off the rental in the morning. We also had difficulty finding the password for the WiFi. Discovered it was upside down in very small print on the router. Also, the living room door screen to the patio was inoperable and we had to exit through the bedroom door. We really liked the rental otherwise and all in all had an enjoyable stay. Very quiet location and nice to walk around the lake.

Thank you, Joan. We want to point out that WiFi information is available in the VRBO app, and is also messaged to guests prior to their stay. Or, WiFi info as well as instructions on operating the heat and a fix for the stuck patio door could have easily been rectified by simply messaging us. We have local caretakers who would have been happy to swing by and show you how to operate the heat and/or to fix the stuck screen door.
