-The $250.00 amount charged for cleaning which includes cleaning/sanitizing the home, laundry for bedding/towels, and trash removal.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
-ONLY those people listed on the rental agreement shall be allowed access to the home. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
-Holiday periods are subject to minimum stay requirements. Holiday rates apply to all major holidays and some special event weekends.
-There are locked closets, cabinets and a garage refrigerator that contain the owners’ personal property. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental.
