We have booked Arnold several times over the last several years and this was the nicest cabin we have booked in any of our trips. The view off the back deck is incredible place was clean. Plenty of room. Solid kitchen set up and an exceptional coffee tree with Keurig pods of different varieties.

Great cabin. Only 4 stars on check in/check out process as it’s quite extensive (auditing number of remote controls in multiple rooms) which is different than most VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Great stay and host was super responsive when something unique came up!

Loved the property. Stayed there last year. It was exceptional hot this year. One of the lower bedrooms was very warm and didn’t cool down. All and all it was very pleasant and we will probably book for a third year. Host and his wife was very pleasant.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The host responded quickly and positively in all of our communications. It was well stocked in the kitchen with dishes, utensils and cookware. Lots of coffee. Plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Nice clean hot tub. I would stay here again! He also just finished the home next door, which is equally beautiful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were great to talk to, always prompt to answer the questions we had! We were comfortable and cozy, adequate space, supplies and rooms for 2-3 families to gather n enjoy the cabin. Would love to return and book again next year!

The beds were comfortable with soft, clean sheets. The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. Keurig coffee pods are available for a large group. There is also a drip coffee pot available. The location is wonderful to explore Calaveras Big Trees State Park, the town of Murphys, and vineyards (especially Ironstone). A couple of things to know is you need to walk through one bedroom to reach another in the downstairs area. Also, there is no food/supply pantry in the kitchen.

Stayed two nights in the middle of May and had a great time at the cabin! We stayed here while visiting the California caverns. And it was a great location! The host was very accommodating and helpful when booking the place! Very responsive and understanding. Everything was clean and cozy to live in. And really felt like a real cabin. The hot tub was in an area that was hard to get to however and we did not use it. There was also a check in and check out form we had to fill in but it didn’t seem like it was updated asking us to locate remotes that were not there anymore or to document scrapes on the floor. Also, I had to ask the host directly for the check in code as we never got one on the Vrbo app. Otherwise it was a great canon for a large group and the host was very amazing!

Host was very kind and thoughtful. We went the weekend before Christmas and they had a Christmas tree set up in the main floor living room. It caught us by surprise and made our trip that much more special!

Our family of 12 had a really nice stay! It was so inviting as soon as we walked through the doors and it was very clean and organized. We really appreciated the outdoor sitting areas and large comfortable couch in the living room. The kids enjoyed some of the games in the downstairs area and the pool in the garage was a nice touch. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to open the sliding glass doors lol.The check-in and check-out online forms are a little outdated and confusing but I got through it. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, icemaker, filtered water, coffee Keurig with pods and had some spices which was nice. They also gifted us a bottle of red wine which was lovely. If you go during warm months do not run the AC 24/7. Make sure you turn it off when you leave. If you run them too long, they will freeze up. When this happened the owner sent over their maintenance person right away and resolved the issue.We enjoyed the Blue Lake Springs HIA recreational center lake, pool and pickleball courts as well as White Pines Lake across the highway and Calaveras Big Trees SP up the road. We will definitely be back I miss it already!

We had a great stay with our family. The cabin was spacious and fit us all comfortably. The location was great and it was easily accessible. One of our guests left behind their wallet and they confirmed it was at the rental. They were kind enough to agree to ship it to us. The only issue we had slightly was with the hot tub. It worked well the first night but after it did not get past 95 degrees. We followed the written instructions posted, but were still not able to get the tub hot enough. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.
