Wow, such a great place!
We had an awesome stay here! Cozy, yet spacious and beautiful inside. The heated pool was fabulous! Very nice private dock in back on canal. Our 13 year old hung out there fishing....and caught a big one! Super area, quiet and just a short drive to the beach.Great communication with owner. We will be back!

We would return again, everything was very nice and clean. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook, we didn’t because we were here such a short time, but bathrooms newly remodeled and kitchen very nice. We would return again. Thank you Olga.

Great experience!
The check in was super easy even for tech challenged persons like me. The house was clean and had everything one might need. The host was easy to communicate and very accommodating. I asked for a late checkout and was given it right away. The price was reasonable as well. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Rotonda circle rental
The house was beautiful and clean.
However I was quite surprised when we arrived to hear a television inside and the owner on the other side of the door. She offered us another one of her properties but when we said no she left the house within 15 minutes but it was a bit of an uncomfortable situation.
We are renting the house again for a birthday in November and looking forward to another trip down memory lane with our 102 year old aunt.

TV was available for re-runs.
Third “bedroom” was actually a den since the closet was locked by owner for most of our stay.

Checking in was a little difficult but when the owner realized there was an issue it was promptly corrected. After a day at the beach we arrived back to the house and discovered the a/c broken, we notified the owners and they had someone out to fix and get the a/c working for us within 30 minutes. The home is beautiful and the dock has a beautiful sunset in the evening. We have two boys, 5 and 3 years old who had an amazing time in the pool, having dinner outside and enjoying the TV on the patio! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Thanks again!

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at my house. We are attentive to guest feedback, Lanai washed with special high-pressure devices, and there is an anti-slip mat in the shower cover. The oven and oven are thoroughly cleaned after your departure.

No complaints except the tv, however if U just unplug the back of the modem wait a few seconds and plug back in will work. would of liked more instructions on tv though. No seeums were out which is nature but Im allergic to them. My own fault.
Inside was nice, everything you would need. Was an alleigator in canal so just be careful. Overall liked the property.

I am very upset that for the first time I encountered this type of fraud, this woman began to demand money for a good review. I contacted the site to ask them to evict, fearing that my house might be damaged. the website advised them to leave the house.

The only reason for any stars is the pool. The photos are misleading and seem to be from the real estate listing years ago. We paid for 2.5 baths and only got 1.5 One bath was locked and the Master shower didn't work. Although a plumber was called and showed three times, no hot water. No billiards table. Garage door broke halfway through the stay, yet no attempt was made to fix. There were only two sets of towels and no bath mats. When I asked the owner about mats, she said "use towels." The LR sofa smelled, the front entrance smelled, the lanai furniture was filthy.Did I mention the pool was great?I have tried to address with VRBO and the owner and am getting nowhere.

Great home - Green pool
We booked this home for our team to relax in after a hards days work. Unfortunately the biggest attraction (the pool) was green and all we were offered was a "I apologize"
If you advertise a clear, and heated pool, then that's what your renter expects.
No discount offered, just hollow apology and "someone will be out tomorrow"
I have a pool at my home and know at that this unsanitary green couldn't be corrected within the time period we were staying.
We didn't check the toilet seats upon arrival but were charged an astronomical price as we were accused of cracking one
Would not stay here again... and I suggest you examine all details upon arrival.
Disappointed in the owners response as she was advised of the green pool

A safety issue was never addressed.
The house was nice, listing is accurate.
We had several disappointments:
1: pool was not cleaned before our arrival, lots of sand in pool.
2: communication was horrible. Once we arrived we needed assistance; I texted several times, I left voice mails, and half dozen messages via VRBO messaging.
We never got a response.
3: the reason we needed assistance was that the slider off the back of the house was broken and could not be locked.
After leaving messages for hours and getting no response we were not comfortable sleeping there without being able to lock the house. We left early in the morning and did not return.
We still have not heard from the property manager.
This is a very negative safety issue.

управляющая недвижимости проверила дверь.она прекрасно закрывается изнури . ползунок нужно было передвинуть в другую сторону. к тому же еще дополнительно закрываются изнутри двери ланаи . Вы были в полной безопасности эти 2 ночи. К тому же наш район самый безопасный имеет рейтинг 0 криминал случаев за последний год. Полицейские машины от комьюнити патрулируют ночью район. Сожалею. что вы не смогли справиться с этим ползунком . Ваши сообщения поступали ночью поэтому вы не получили вовремя обратную связь .
