Townhome 4 miles to Downtown Charleston
Cozy Charleston Stay is a 2 story, 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhome located in a quiet gated community in Charleston. Near all that downtown Charleston has to offer, lots of shopping and restaurants, or a short drive to the beach.
The townhome has a living room with a flat screen HDTV with cable and WIFI. The eat in kitchen is stocked with utensils, plates for guests, cups, baking sheets, pots/pans, coffeemaker (coffee provided), and all the your kitchen appliance needs. Off the kitchen is back patio that sits right off the Greenway Trail. There is a grill and patio furniture on the patio. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, dresser, desk, closet and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, dresser, closet and flat screen TV.
All the linens will be cleaned and the beds will be made prior to your arrival. There are plenty towels and of extra bathing/beach towels for your use. There is an ironing board and iron. There are beach chairs provided in the storage closet located in the kitchen.
All you need to bring with you to Your Cozy Charleston Stay is yourself and your luggage. Everything else is covered. If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask.

Born and raised in the Chas. area. I am a local Real Estate agent, When selecting property for short term rentals looked for properties in areas which I would enjoy staying in if I was traveling. Prior to starting real estate career I was in management and traveled some so l always looked for accommodations which were very clean and good locations. Love my family, blessed to have some great friends and always enjoy making new friends. Enjoy just about any outdoor sport or adventure. Love to cook and grill out as well as working in yard and drinking cup of good coffee on back porch in the mornings.
