Bright and light 3 bed 3 bath home with huge outdoor space. This home has great flow with high ceilings and sliding doors in every room allowing access to
the outdoor space. Newly renovated and freshly furnished with two primary suites each offering Casper king beds, and Smart TV's with their own bathrooms. The third bedroom is a great office which converts to a twin-bedded guest room or king with bathroom. All bedrooms have blackout drapes for those sunny desert mornings. Enjoy your coffee in the Morning Room and lunch on the al fresco dining table overlooking the view of the 4th Fairway. Enjoy tennis, pickle ball, or golf, before retiring to the outdoor private courtyard for a glass of your favourite surrounded by mature Palms, desert-scape gardens, and globe patio lights. We bought this home sight unseen and were so pleasantly surprised when we first saw it! As avid golfers, The Springs and all of the amenities (golf, tennis, pickleball, gym, yoga) have fulfilled a long-term dream. To be able to jump in your golf cart and be on the first tee in 2 minutes is a little like adult Disneyland! The list of what we LOVE is long, the expansive outdoor space, 30 paces from our bedroom to the pool and hot tub, tons of natural light, and bright interiors to name a few. We have furnished the home with a Scandinavian Mid Century modern style which is warm. light and welcoming...kinda just like Bruce and I.
