Once it was reported, our vendor was out the next day and everything was resolved promptly, though we understand it impacted your first evening. Since then, the pool equipment has been fully checked to ensure everything is working as it should. We appreciate your notes on the outdoor area as well. The furniture was recently replaced following the hurricanes, and we’ll continue working with the owner to keep the space comfortable and inviting. We're honored that you chose Our Tern by AMI Accommodations for your sixth trip to Anna Maria Island, Beth! It's great knowing the home was such a perfect fit for your family. Having three king bedrooms with their own bathrooms gives everyone a little extra comfort and privacy, making family vacations even more relaxing. Nothing beats being able to stroll to the beach, spend time by the bay, or wander over to Pine Avenue whenever the mood strikes.
