This absolutely gorgeous 4 bedrooms 3 bathroom home is located in the heart of Anna Maria Island in Holmes beach. It is only a short stroll to the beautiful Gulf Beaches. With a 2 car garage an extra-large driveway there is more than enough guest parking. Take the stairs or elevator to the main floor where you will find an open kitchen, living and dining area, with walk out balconies at the front and back of the home. The Queen bedroom just off the main living space looks out onto the tropical backyard pool area. The top floor has a large master king bedroom at the front of the house with large balcony with ocean views, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine for a breathtaking sunset experience. The master has a large en-suite with glass shower and walk-in closet. The top floor also has a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and the fourth bedroom with a queen bed both share a full bathroom off the hall.

Even though the beach is only steps away you can also waste your days away in the tropical backyard with heated pool, lounge chairs, outside bar, gas grill, and shower to rinse off for when you do enjoy a beautiful white sand beach day. Or you can always take the free trolley to Bean Point, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger's at Skinny's, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico.

This home can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 -with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while spending quality time together under one roof-this home is ideal for multiple families. Traveling with little ones? We know you'll be back and forth to and from the beach a LOT! This house is less a minute from the front door to the white sand or having your toes in the gulf. Too many luxury amenities to list them all. Free high-speed WiFi and Spectrum cable TV. We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could possibly need for your perfect
beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need
more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they
will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide
those for you.
Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and
dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways.
No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the
island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you?

We do our rentals from Saturday to Saturday, if you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations

Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties. Pet fee is not included in the price of the rental, and must be added directly with the host after booking.
