Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch home. Large fenced backyard with mature trees and fire pit. Spacious patio. Fully furnished with high speed wifi. Full size washer and dryer. Close to geist reservoir and Wolfies restaurant which is next to water. 6 minute drive to Walmart, Kroger, Kohls and other shopping plazas. 5 minute drive to Daniel's Vineyard which offers live music and different drink specials (weather permitting). 15 minute drive to Ruoff music center.

Overall stay was good. Host was very easy to work with.However, there were several maintenance issues:BOTH bathroom outlets not working Fire place cold air coming in living roomKitchen light flickering as if shorting out. Living room chair leg wobbly Patio door off Track Kitchen clocks need batteriesTV in one bedroom screen cracked.Roku not working either bedroom and no Panasonic remote so had to get up and down to manually change channels.

It was everything we needed for a short one-night stay, but it was such an adorable little house that we wished we had longer to stay! Very nice neighborhood, all of the amenities we needed!

Didn’t get to spend a lot of time as the girls were in a wedding. Between rehearsal and wedding festivities, not much time was spent in the house.

Clean, comfy, and convenient

Located close to Fishers Event Center and good shopping/ restaurants at Fishers District. The neighborhood is in a nice and safe area- close to Indianapolis as well. Beds were comfortable, host was accommodating and communicative in the best attentive way, the house was super clean, the air conditioning was marvelous and we would stay there again!

Very nice neighborhood, unfortunately further from the Indianapolis Fairgrounds that required extended travel time to get closer to most Micro Breweries etc near downtown.

Very clean and quiet

Our visit was short-from 6:00 on Saturday to about 11:00 the next morning. The house was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. There were some minor repairs which we reported to the owner but they did not hinder our stay. It was a basic but comfortable home.

Softball weekend

This house was perfect for our weekend of softball. Perfect location to get to the field and anything else we needed. The house was a perfect size and the host was amazing to work with. I would for sure come back and stay at the house.

It was ok

I was in town visiting family and they lived about 5 minutes from this house. Location was perfect for me. There are eating and shopping options in the area. Neighborhood is quiet.It didn't feel very homey though. The dishes in the house couldn't go in the microwave which was an issue because we got in so late. There were no dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The mattress in the master wasn't very comfortable.The house is bare bones. Overall it was just ok. It worked out for the location that I needed it to be in.

Cozy and Comfortable

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in town for a conference. Reanna was very helpful and responsive with questions before the trip. Her home is very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great home for a family or small group of friends visiting. 10 out of 10 recommend staying here!

Family Trip

My family and I stayed here while we were in town for a family reunion. The house was just right for our needs! Everyone had their own space and the two full bathrooms were a must for our family! The house was clean and updated and the complimentary wine was an added plus! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and felt safe! The outside of the home needs a little attention. There was a big wasp nest above the garage and quite a few cobwebs around the front door. Other than that the place was great!

Holidays Stay

We were able to spend the holidays with our family; including our brand new grandchild. The VRBO is approx 15 min from their home; is conveniently located within 10 to 15 minutes to major grocery stores and drug stores. There are local restaurants in the area and were a lovely change from the usual chain restaurants; although those were close by and easily accessed as well. I enjoyed daily walks in the tree lined neighborhood. I'm hoping for our next visit the VRBO will be available for booking. Thank you.
