This exquisite, meticulously equipped and modern one floor house with swimming pool, 15 minutes drive away from SĂĄmara Beach, and just minutes from other beautiful beaches like Carrillo, Nosara and Guiones. This property is ideal for who wish to escape into nature and have easy access to nearby beaches and a wide variety of restaurants and services. Wide open floor plant and bedrooms with A/C will provide you a relaxing time during your stay.

Belle maison tranquille

Accueil sympa, la casa est nichée dans une petite vallée à l abris des regards. Seul bémole : manque de four pour cuisiner et le BBQ n etait pas fonctionnel ( mais neuf donc ça doit etre réglé au moment d ecrire ces lignes). Nous y avons été en famille et nous y retournerions avec plaisir...

Lieu à seulement 4.5 km de Samara. Super tranquille avec des plages tout prÚs autre que Samara qui est déjà trÚs belle. AccÚs aux restos mais la maison est tellement bien équipée qu'il est hyper agréable d'y manger. (sans oublier d'incroyables voisins à l'extérieur du terrain trÚs bien cloturé tel: vaches, chevaux, singes, iguanes)

Nury could not be a most gracious hostess. She met us and showed the property and house. She checked on us during our stay to make sure that our needs were being met. Additionally she gave us recommendations for meals in town. She even encouraged us to extend our stay at another property so that we could have the full Pura vida experience. I would highly recommend staying with Nury.Thanks Nury.

We had a fabulous stay. Nury was very communicative and easy to work with. She and her family were very welcoming. The property is absolutely stunning. It feels very secluded but not far from Samara and other wonderful beaches. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need for an easy stay. We loved hanging out on the patio watching various wildlife. It’s a magical place.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home has everything you need. We had to exit our stay early as my husband became ill and we needed to be somewhere else. Nury was so wonderful! She even helped us when my husband became sick to find a doctor that would see him right away. She even had us follow her right to where the doctor was located. She was so helpful when we needed it the most.We would definitely stay here again if we came to Samara.10 out of 10

Great stay in Samara

House was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings after being in the heat during the day. Last but not least, the guitar was a nice touch- enjoyed playing it every night!

Such a relaxing stay!

This was our favorite stay in Costa Rica! Nury’s property is impeccably clean and serene. Much like the other guests we enjoyed watching the toucan in the tree, the cows and horses while sipping coffee. Our entire family took surf lessons and loved that experience, and then coming back to our own outdoor shower and pool to relax in. Just as an FYI to US travelers who aren’t used to Costa Rica AC, central AC is not a thing in CR! Enjoy the open air living space and the ice cold AC in the bedrooms only, it’s all you need! And the ceiling fans are amazing. Move this one from your favorites to your booked stays, you won’t regret it! Nury is uber communicative!

Amazing place!!!!

Nury’s place was amazing! Comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The surroundings of the home were beautiful. We woke up everyday to beautiful birds and animals- there was a toucan nest in the tree behind the house. Nury was amazing and answered any question we had. We cannot wait to return!!!

A nice house 15 minutes from Samara centre

The house is very nice and Nury and her brother were very helpful and responsive. The house was clean and comfortable. The wifi cut out a couple of times, but was otherwise very good. However, we did not have cell phone reception, which was a disappointment. The swimming pool is also very small and located between the house and a stone wall and is heavily chlorined. Only the bedroom is air conditioned, but it cools off quickly and works well. The outdoor shower was very nice.

Beautiful Home in Samara

Our best stay in Costa Rica! We traveled to many different regions over the course of our 2 weeks in this beautiful country. This home was our last stop and the best in terms of amenities, cleanliness, surroundings and comfort. It’s about a 10 -15 minute ride to some amazing beaches.

Beautiful stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful house- it has all modern amenities you would ever need. The communication was super easy, as was the check in- it was very easy to find the house with the directions and google maps. We loved that the house was secluded, super quiet and close to many different beaches. We did not love SĂĄmara, as it was very crowded and touristy, but we loved that this house was close to go to several other amazing beaches. Would definitely stay again!!

Our favourite!

We traveled through CS for two months (family of 4) and this was our favourite place. We booked 4 nights but wish it was 4 weeks! Kids also loved it.

AMAZING property with AMAZING care

We were fortunate enough to stay at Nury's property for two nights before leaving the area and heading back to the States. When we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful everything was. The pictures cannot capture the beauty and essence of peace. Everything about the property was amazing. Nuri was super easy to communicate with and super friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was a wonderful way to end our trip to Costa rica. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely return.

Met all of our needs

This house met the needs of our family. The is beautiful, spotless and everything we needed for the 12 days we stayed. Nury is an amazing host - very responsive. She was able to answer my questions leading up to the trip and was quick to respond when I had questions when we arrived. She gave us tips regarding beaches and restaurants. This house is nestled in greenery. My fave spot is the deck where I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the mornings. The tranquility is a nice change from where we live in Toronto. We were able to use the bbq and swam in the pool everyday. My kids also enjoyed picking limes from the tree which we used to make dishes and mix with our drinks. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Beautiful Relaxing Costa Rica Escape

Truly a little piece of heaven. House is beautifully appointed with everything that you need. Set up in the jungle hills but only ~15-20 minutes to town and beaches. Host was super helpful and readily available. Already dreaming about returning!!

Wonderful Home Base for Nosara/Samara

This rental was excellent. The house was fully stocked (coffee filters, milk, fruit, even local coffee), very comfortable with lots of seating, great air conditioning in the bedrooms, wonderful dipping pool on the side of the house, nice porch area (with outdoor ceiling fans) overlooking a small stream, very safe (protected by a driveway gate), modern appliances, and in a great location for exploring Samara (~15 minutes) and Nosara (~40 minutes). There is another house on the property (inside the gate) where the host's father lives, but you cannot see it from the house. And Nuri was a pleasure to communicate with; she was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.

Meeting New Friends

This STUNNING Home was everything. Beautiful views cleaned and very peaceful with all the amenities needed. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. Ms. Nury and her family are very nice people. They are there to assist in many ways. They are such beautiful people. I met her father who lives in front of house he was very nice also. If ever back in Costa Rica I will stay here again. Thanks again Ms. Nury for everything. Pura Vida!!!

Beautiful home

A beautiful jungle setting, back from the road, fantastic property with privacy and a pool. The house was well furnished and we lacked for nothing while we were there. Bring groceries (and some fresh fish from town) and grill a lovely dinner on the deck. During the day, the place feels like a bird sanctuary and we enjoyed watching a Toucan go in and out of a rounded hole in the large tree behind the house to feed its chicks. We felt comfortable and at home during our stay. Internet was slow at times, spotty at others. Oh well, Pura Vida!
