Quiet cul-de-sac just down the street from Famous Chucker Cherries! Short walk to grab locally made gourmet chocolates and a bottle of wine . Enjoy them with your significant other in our upstairs apartment or with friends in our spacious downstairs living room. Master bedroom downstairs and upstairs apartment both have their own television if you want to slip away for more quiet time. Front and back patio are available if you want to enjoy the sunshine or fresh air anytime of day.

The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. Close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. The home has lots of room and the outside patio table is nice to sit outside and relax. I would recommend they stock paper towels or napkins in the kitchen.

Weekend Wedding

We very much enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood, cute home with plenty of room. It was located close to our event and many winery options. We would definitely stay again if we are in prosser and would recommend this home.

Great house, close to wineries and downtown

House was very nice. Clean and comfortable, a great space for us and our friends. Within walking distance of wineries and downtown. We will definitely stay there again.

Great home for the holiday

Spent the Christmas holiday with family. The home was perfect. Very clean, great location in Prosser, and room for everyone! Would definitely stay there again.

Best Stay In Prosser

The home is clean, spacious, and had all the amenities to make the stay a comfortable one. The house is located close to town. And the owner is responsive with any questions. Highly recommend!

Nice design

Liked this house a lot. Two entertainment areas so if you have people that like sports and those who prefer movies you're good to go. Nice separation of sleeping spaces. Plenty of showers to go around. Clean kitchen design. Would stay again.

July Vacation

We stayed in Prosser while visiting family. The house was comfortable for our group of four adults and two children. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was very well maintained. The property manager responded quickly to questions and requests.

Love the house!! Could have had more toilet paper and paper towels, poorly stocked! Worthless garbage sacks. Is there a BBQ? That would have been great! Propane tank wasn’t hooked to fireplace.

Great family house

We stayed here during a family reunion. One of the nights we had extra people over, with the owners permission, and it accommodated our group very nicely! Communication with the owner was easy and flawless. The one issue we did have was there wasn’t enough washcloths for 6 people for the whole weekend. Loved the location and the neighborhood was safe as well.

Loved this property!

Loved this property! Four of us were attending a family reunion in Prosser for the weekend. This rental was perfect for our family and a great value! We each had our own bedroom including my adult son upstairs in a master suite complete with living room and fridge/microwave, and my daughter celebrating her 35th birthday in the first floor master. The house is only a few years old, very modern and clean, with a fantastic AC system that kept us perfectly cool in nearly 100 degree heat! There was also a fireplace on each floor for the cooler weather and three TVs. We did not use the wifi or the TVs, but all the login info was readily available. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe, and well-kept. Although we only had one car, there was parking in the driveway for more along with street parking. The location was very convenient! We were only a half-mile from the Enodav Winery (our favorite!), Chukar Cherries (lots of samples!), and Harvest Foods, a very modern, well-stocked grocery store. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy, and communication with our host, Tyler, was top-notch. Aside from a few cosmetic issues left by previous renters, the place was just like new! Thanks to our host for such a positive experience!

This house was a great place for 4 generations to rendezvous for the weekend! Tastefully decorated, very clean, easy access, and such a peaceful backyard. We’ll rent again.

Highly recommend!

A group of High school besties and I planned a weekend getaway to enjoy some wine tasting and to see the happenings and history of Prosser. I found this home available and fit our budget. It was even better in person. New and very clean. Perfect sized dining table for meal gathering and game playing. The family room was cozy for early morning coffee catch up time and the bedrooms were excellent. The communication with Tyler was prompt and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this for your next stay in the area.

Newer home with very responsive owners

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The home is newer and the rental is really new. They are still getting it somewhat organized as to what's needed in the house. We asked for a few items and the owner was very responsive and brought things to us. I would definitely rent here again in a heartbeat - and likely will. We stayed with 3 adults.
