Orchard Paradise

We were in Benton City for a winery event and the Orchard Farm was the perfect stay! Every detail was thoughtful and thought out. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to drink some amazing wine

Location is great and the house was clean, cozy, and #goals! I loved the design and have some ideas for my own house :) Hosts were great too, available for any questions we had and even gave us some shirts my husband won’t stop wearing. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Wine tasting weekend

Great spot to enjoy the local wine tasting opportunities. House was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful property with fruit trees and grape vines. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Nice location with panoramic view

Some difficulties finding home as all three of our gps apps wanted to take us to E Corral Creek rather than W. Just go west and there it is. Nice double wide on the edge of the orchard with an amazing view of Horse Heaven Hills from the front. Very clean and well appointed. Lots of everything you might need. Spices. Coffee, tea, laundry soap, etc. Very quiet and peaceful. 10-15 min to most of the wineries on Red Mountain. Would stay here again.

Very good stay on these folks orchard, vineyard. Newer and well kept. Google maps finding it was the only problem, not property related at all though. Probably find it in the daytime. Just a rural area a bit. Grocery store like 5 min away. Quick to get wineries.

Five Star Experience

This property is pristine. The home is decorated beautifully, and we had everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book this for your next vacation or weekend getaway. Also, Benton City is delightful. We loved all the wineries and we really enjoyed our lunch at Terra Blanca Winery. Gorgeous location, great wine and yummy food. We will do this again soon.

Amazing Weekend getaway near Red Mountain

This farmhouse was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully situated in a gorgeous orchard. The owners were so kind and responded quickly to all requests. Our group had the opportunity to pick fruit and take multiple walks through the orchard! This place is amazing.

Perfection

We booked this property for a very last minute trip to Spokane to meet a potential service dog. There was a small issue with getting the dates we needed and Matt went above and beyond to make it all work for us. Although our time was brief, it was a perfect getaway. The home had everything you could need to live the normal day to day or even host a small gathering. The grounds were amazing! We had such a wonderful time walking the orchards and hunting for fruit with the kids. This trip and this home brought a lot of joy to our little family and it was very much appreciated. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

LOVED this cute little country house!

This place was amazing! We have stayed in multiple VRBO's and this was one of our favorites. it was VERY clean and the beds were more comfortable than our own at home. It is very spacious and we loved how the dining area, kitchen and living room was set up and very homey. My husband loved that they have a DVR to record shows and we were able to stream some of our favorites show from home as well. This house has everything you need. I loved how the Master bedroom and huge bathroom was on one side of the house and the two other bedrooms with very comfortable queen beds were on the other. We cooked many meals here and it was very accamadating! Loved the 2 oven option. The Orchard is breathtaking! It was so pretty and i loved waking up to the birds singing and looking out the window at all the trees that are starting to bud. We took walks through the orchard and was so peaceful. We even learned a little more about Orchards with the wind mil and fires to keep the trees warm. Matt, the owner, was super friendly and checked on us at the beginning of our stay. He was super nice and even helped us when we didn't have a pump to blow up our football and basketball. This place is easy to find and get to. It's less than 5 min from the Market grocery store and if you like a greasy spoon breakfast, we highly recommend eating at Mama's Diner. It's a little hole in the wall place and SUPER delicious and friendly staff. It was only 15 minutes to Walmart and other restaurants. If you need a place to stay for the Tri-City area, this is your place! Enjoyed every bit of it! Thank you Matt and Allison! PS. (loved the decor)
