Year Round Water! 780 square feet cabin and perfect for fisherman, and couples. Smart TVs (living and 1 bedroom) with YouTube TV for news and sports, ROKU, wifi for streaming, updated decor, two outdoor spaces to enjoy the incredible views of Weiss Lake which include a picnic table on screened in porch, large patio with charcoal and gas grill, cornhole, ring toss, lakeside firepit. Stroll down to the well lit dock for swimming in the cove (great for kids), sunbathing and fishing. Please note this home is a mobile home with a screened in porch added. The home sits above the water and the concrete path leads down and is a bit steep, so it is not appropriate for infants or people who have knee or mobility challenges.

Bedroom #1 queen bed temperpedic on platform frame with TV and window ac unit.
Bedroom #2 twin/full bunk bed and private half bath and window ac unit.

Living room pull out queen sofa bed and window ac unit.

Home is small and cozy. Most comfortable for no more than 4 people.

Water Toys available
3 kayaks.

Guest Access: wireless keypad and code is unique to each guest and will be provided within 24 hours of check in.
Boat/trailer parking in driveway is available. 22 ft boat will fit in driveway but it will be tight. We’ve had two small boats in driveway.

The host was great and her communication was awesome!! The place was perfect for us staying with dogs, they are part of our family and there was a place to walk them and room for our crates! The AC was in each room, clean home, no pests and clean bathrooms/shower and great space outside and inside! Highly recommend staying here!! The pier and water is perfect!!

Clean, comfortable, outside seating area is abundant. No central a/c. Owner promptly provided sufficient additional cooling via an additional window unit in a bedroom. Great host!

Wonderful Vacation

Cozy house, beautiful lake, friendly neighbors! Our Goldendoodle had a blast in the lake. Caught a few fish, but it really was too hot for good fishing. Hope to come back again soon after it cools off a little. We think we may have found where we would like to retire at! Thank you Rebecca for sharing your slice of paradise!

Perfect getaway for some R&R

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little house the last week in May. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch where we played games and listened to the rain on the tin roof. Our only complaint was it was TOO relaxing lol! The beds and couch were very comfortable. Kitchen a bit small but we managed since it was just me, my husband, and our dog. The property has lots of shade and pretty private, which was great. With so much rain, we weren’t able to enjoy getting in the water much bc it made it very cold. But we chilled on the dock as much as we could when the sun was out—love that it’s a very short walk from the porch. Hubby caught several fish too! The gas grill was very nice also; we used it a good bit. We will definitely be returning later this Summer when it’s warmer.

Beautiful lake, nice boat dock. We liked the area and being right on the water. The house was old but relatively clean. Our biggest issue was the lack of central air.

Most enjoyable

The wife the dog and I really enjoyed our stay. The lake was beautiful. We caught a ton of bass crappie and catfish. Pretty easy access to the lake. It was well stocked. The bed was super comfortable. It was very clean. It also was very convenient to Walmart and a place called Cossa corner. If you needed anything that was where to get it from, we loved our stay and plan to go again.

Great little getaway!

We had a great time, owner recommended great restaurants and overall had an amazing time. The kayaks were a favorite of my kids and my son really enjoyed the fishing.

Good location for small family

Nice little home with a good location near big water. Well kept and clean. Walkway to the dock is a little steep, keep that in mind if elderly. But we managed with our own knee and back issues!Very nice dock with lots of room. Good fishing spot but timing wasn’t on our side with only a few fish. But based in all the fishermen/women pulling in to hit the dock areas that we talked to, its a nice cove that normally produces. Just super windy and early in the spawn.

The Lake House

Our stay was first week of December. A bit chili but excellent fishing from the dock. All appliances worked perfectly, bed in the back bedroom was perfect for for my wife and I. The owner was great to work with and if anything we needed they were of quick response. We will definitely be staying again for sure. This is a perfect getaway.

My parents have lived on Weiss Lake since the 1980s and we call it the best kept secret because very few people are aware this wonderful place even exists. I, my husband, and 11 year old son currently live in Atlanta and enjoy coming to Weiss Lake to get out of the hustle and bustle of the big City. We enjoy wakeboarding, tubing, hiking, tennis, and golf.
We enjoy traveling and use short term rentals often so we want to be able to share our place with like minded folks. Come unwind, relax, disconnect and enjoy! We welcome you!

This property will give you what you want out of visiting a lake: great location, year round water (no looking at dirt in the winter or even fall months), quiet and lovely neighborhood, water toys available so you don’t have to lug that stuff with you and worry about putting wet items in the back of your car, and plenty of parking space. Lakeside fire pit with 4 modern poly modern style chairs.
