Pamela was great. She even bought us a coffee grinder when we couldn't find one. Condo was in good shape, just like the photos. Nice pool and hot tub. No crowds. Always found open beach lounges. Good snorkeling in front and to the right of the resort. Wind sometimes made visibility a little cloudy. Perfect location if you windsurf/kite board. Can walk or drive to leeward side of the island for snorkeling too. Lots of sand roads for hiking. Found conch shells along beach. It is remote and everything is 30 to 45 minutes away. Road is hard and bumpy, but passible. Traffic going into town on weekdays between 7am and 9am is terrible. Plan accordingly. On site restaurant is just OK. Snappers restaurant is not too far away and has good food.

The resort was immaculate, as was our condo. We loved how each of the 3 bedrooms had king-sized beds and their own bathroom. We ate at The Tides restaurant several times. The food was good and the drinks were yummy. We had a beach view from our balcony. We enjoyed walking on our beach, although the seaweed got in the m way of getting into the water. This was not a big deal to us as we had planned to beach hop anyways. The property manager, Pamela, was a gem! She answered all l of our questions and made sure we comfortable. We loved our entire experience!

Secluded resort

This property was very nice and well kept. Pamela was awesome and made our trip more enjoyable by offering restaurant suggestions as well as things to do in the area.

Family vacation

Condo is off beaten path. Need car but everthing is within 30 min. Checked 3 beaches. North side windy (northwest and grace bay) south side calm (sapidia). Water is very salty. Food is expensive. Family of 5 with 1 week groceries over a thousand. Dinner out was over 500. Security at facility. Recommend Omar's for dinner and check out Turks Head brewery for beer flights. Beach chairs (7) and beach towels. Rent umbrella at beach. Pool is awesome. Tides restaurant on site open only on Fri, Sat & Sun of my stay. Pamela was great host.

Can’t wait to return! We loved the place! It was beautiful and comfortable. The beach was so secluded. We nearly had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The condo was so well equipped! We will definitely return. The dirt road didn’t bother us at all!

Great resort off the beaten path!!

Our family went for spring break and it was perfect! This was our third time on the island and the condo is great. It met all of our needs. Full kitchen, w/d, etc. Beautiful deck to watch sunsets and enjoy the views. We loved the resort. You must rent a car to get to the resort, go to the grocery and see the island.:) It is away from all the crowds. Very quiet which we wanted. Pool, hot tub and beach were never crowded during our stay. The restaurant is great - very good food and staff. Friday night they have entertainment at 7:00. You are about 20-25 minutes from grocery, Grace Bay restaurants, etc. Very easy to drive around the island (even driving on the left!) The resort grounds are well kept and beautiful. So nice to have chairs on the beach and tiki huts. We walked along the beach and snorkeled. A very relaxing and fun vacation. I can’t say enough great things about it!! Pamela was SO helpful! She answered all of my questions and met us when we arrived. Wonderful vacation!!!

Great place off the beaten path

The property was very nice and the beach and pool were awesome. Check in information got lost somewhere in emails but fortunately the host stayed late and met us.The property is about 30 minutes away from most dining and nightlife but it was nice to have the beach to ourselves.

Amazing! pics do not do it justice

The property is located away from it all! But it's an island so everything is accessible. We had the entire beautiful beach to ourselves most of the time. The food at the restaurant was great! The service was Island fast! I cannot say enough good things about this location. So Peaceful!

Excellent place!

Very well maintained property. Pamela was a great host very prompt with providing information and condo kitchen was well stocked. It even had beach and pool stuff in one of the bedroom closets. Only suggestion I have is it would have been nice to have a cart available when you arrive for groceries and luggage transport . Everything was great except for the seaweed but we kinda anticipated that. Thank you Pamela!

Wonderful

This was a great place to stay! The property is very well-maintained and the grounds are very well-maintained. The beach was maintained daily with some kind of seaweed removing device as seaweed would build up along the shore. There is literally a mile of private beach beyond the beach associated with the “resort“. There was actually a small reef just 100 m offshore to snorkel and see fish. They had kayaks and paddle boards for people to use as well. It’s not like they serve drinks around the pool, but they do have a restaurant which you just go in and can order from. Also the food is not too bad there. Nice running path through the national park which is just next-door to the gated resort. Good security is present as well. The location is a bit outside of town, but we really liked the quiet and privacy of this. Our family had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. If we are back on the island, we will definitely want to stay here again.

The property was very convenient and has a nice restaurant and impressive activities, nice beach huts and lounges. The pool is amazing and so is the very large hot tub. Very convenient. Far from Grace bay.

Friendly and peaceful

This resort is a little out of the way, so best for those wanting peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We spent a week on Grace Bay and then came here for another week and loved both. Being on the northwest point of the island and a couple miles down an unpaved but well graded road, this resort requires a car. But the rest of the island is only 20-30 minutes away, and you have the beauty of a nature park next door. The condo was immaculate, very comfortable and conveniently stocked. The internet was blazingly fast (fiber)--not so at the Grace Bay resort. The other guests were friendly and some seemed to be residents. The pool is gorgeous, and there's a large hot tub. The beach was a little breezier than Grace Bay, and there's seaweed in the water. So it's better for kayaking (provided) and wind/kitesurfing than swimming. But the sand is a lovely white, and I appreciated the lounge chairs, which were a little higher than usual so easier to get in and out of. I'd definitely come back.

Turks hidden gem

I absolutely loved the property. Yes it’s off the beaten path but if you are looking for isolation and relaxation this is the property for you. Only a 15-20 min drive to the tourist area, but definitely a great place to stay. The property manager Pam was amazing and really responsive to any requests and questions you might have. Will definitely stay there again.
