The property is nice and easily accommodates a party of 2 adults but not more (in my opinion). It is overall much smaller inside than expected, but worked for our needs over a Christmas staycation. It’s a 2 story townhome with 2 separate bedrooms upstairs and 1 shared full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and host also provided a oscillating tower fan which we moved downstairs. When you’re in the desert, fans are essential. Downstairs, the small living room has a sofa, large round table, 2 chairs and a nice large TV but no ceiling fan. From the living room you can access an uncovered outdoor patio with 2 chairs and a little table. You can easily access your covered parking spot from the outdoor gate. Off the living room is a half bathroom (very handy). Dining table will seat six and it’s fairly good size. Nice sized kitchen with the basics - pots, pans, knives, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware. Big nice oven and microwave. If you’re going to cook, you will need to bring your own spices and items. Fridge is good size with two levels of storage for freezer items. Big kitchen sink, which was great. Nice window in the kitchen that opens up to allow some outside fresh air. Location is great, and the host was very responsive and very helpful. Overall a great stay! We enjoyed it.

Cute area in Scottsdale

This place is in a nice area of Scottsdale, near other condos and walkable to plenty of restaurants. We stayed a few nights and would have liked to clean up after ourselves after our meals, but the place could use more stocked items, like kitchen towels and a few cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer were helpful.

Great Stay

This is a nice little place. Perfect for our golf vacation. The location is central to all the courses and is near old Scottsdale which has loads of great places to eat and was close to some good grocery stores too. The place itself was a simple set up and is very clean. Our host was great at communicating with us. I would highly recommend and hope we can rent this place again when we return.

Golf weekend

As advertised. 15 min walk to old town bars. Noah was very responsive. Plenty of room for 4 guys. Location was a quiet neighborhood. I’d stay here again if I come back!!

Spring training and sunshine!

Great location for walking to spring training games, old town and great restaurants. No car needed. The condo was clean and as advertised. Looking forward to next year!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property for spring baseball. The property is as advertised and communication with manager Noah is Outstanding.

This was an adventurous stay.

The first thing you notice when you walk into the property is the musty smell. Especially in the 1/2 bath down stairs. The mattress in the pull out couch is stained and gross. The kitchen is newly remodeled. Seemingly functional, other than when you have a mouse in the fridge and you can’t use it for over 12 hours. The water heater didn’t work for two days, so we had to take cold showers, very disappointing. On a positive note
 The host was quick to respond and the location was good. It is Close to highway and about 1/2 mile from Old Town Scottsdale. At this point we would not recommend anyone we know to stay there. And we will not be staying there again. We travel a lot and use VRBO often. This property was a fail.

Golf getaway in Scottsdale

We've stayed at this very nice, quite new and clean house for two weeks. Perfect location close to downtown Scottsdale, perfect for any activity and a central location for all golfcourses in and around Scottsdale/Phoenix. We definitely will stay there again.

Relaxing Oasis

We really enjoyed the comfort and quiet of the townhouse and area. Our trip was very busy because our daughter was getting married, so coming back and being able to relax was much needed! Comfortable beds and nice hot water.

Nicely renovated place, great location

Location was perfect for my needs; 1/2 mile to Old Town shopping & restaurants, short drive to ASU campus, and quick freeway access. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Covered parking behind the unit; street parking out front. I had a small issue with the code unlocking the door, but the door handle wouldn't budge. It finally worked after 5 or 6 tries and happened only one time over 3 days -- no big deal. Unit has basic, functional plates, cups, utensils, and pans if you need/want to meal prep. Unit next door is also a rental/AirBnB.
